Northern Kentucky Dental Care

I have been coming to Northern Kentucky Dental Care for a few years now, and they are awesome. The practice is always clean and the staff takes . Chris has been cleaning my teeth for years now and she is very knowledgeable. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and that I understand any new information. The new doctor, Dr. Lee is a shining star. So excited to be working with her.

New patient here. My experience so far has been wonderful. Great customer services, good appointment times/days and reminders of service of phone calls. I just had a cap removed for a new one to be put on and it was fast and dentist and assistant were gentle and communicative. I recommend and so glad I found this place so close to work

I am posting for my husband, who normally is very apprehensive and anxious going to the dentist. His experience here has been very good. The office is welcoming and clean and the staff is friendly. The procedure went very well and the doctor was excellent.

I have neglected my teeth for a long time due to mental health issues. The staff was amazing. Very informative, gentle and sweet. The prices are normal dental prices so with that being said it doesn't seem like they price gouge. Which is really nice.

Chris was amazing. She did my deep clean and knew I was apprehensive about getting it done. She made sure I was doing ok throughout the whole process. The front receptionist was so friendly making my experience excellent . Would highly recommend Northern KY Dental Care.

They are AWESOME! I moved in the area and got on their waitlist as a new patient and they gave me a call right after getting a cancellation, which bumped me up from months later. The appointment was swift and painless. Everyone is so friendly.
RACHEL was my hygienist and she was thorough yet gentle, and very friendly. Overall a PERFECT experience!
So glad to have them as my dental provider now.

Rachel was the sweetest. She is very friendly and thorough and she explains as she goes. She is gentle and quick. This was the best dental experience I have ever had.

Rachel was my hygienist when I went for my first appointment at Northern Kentucky Dental Care and she did an absolute fantastic job. The whole time during my cleaning she checked on me to make sure I was doing okay and took her time. I also had to take my nose ring out for the scans and I was having trouble getting it out and back in with my nails so she gladly helped me with ease and was so sweet about it! :) definitely an awesome first visit and I plan on making this my regular place for any dental work!

Rachael did a wonder job with my cleaning. I met Dr Lee today and she thoroughly looked over my teeth and my xrays. She pointed out an area of possible concern and explained it well. I feel that you get quality dental care here.

All staff have been super friendly and amazing! Sarah the dental hygienist and Dr. Lee were very informative and answered any and all questions that I had.
All around great experience for someone who is scared of dentist.

They explained everything step by step that they were going to do, gave clear instructions and guidance and often checked in on me while performing the cleaning. Chris was awesome! Very welcoming and comfortable environment to be in, I would recommend this place to anyone who has had bad or rushed experiences at the dentist before.

I had a wonderful experience at my first visit with Chris! She was kind, gentle, friendly, and so knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of!

They were able to schedule me in incredibly quick. Once I got here I was taken right back and met immediately with the dentist. Following that, Chris did my cleaning and she was incredibly kind. She explained everything they were doing and made me feel welcomed.

Have now been going here over a year. Staff is professional, friendly, and prompt. I have had wisdom teeth removal and regular cleanings. Sarah was my latest and did a great job. Great service each time- highly recommend!

I've recently had some work done and a cleaning here and it was a wonderful experience! Dr. Theiss is great at explaining what he's doing and his assistants cherise and Mia were wonderful as well. Rhonda and Amanda at the front created a welcoming environment and Sarah did an amazing job on my cleaning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great office with friendly staff. They are really helpful in getting things taken care of from billing to treatment. Chris is really thorough and explains everything really well so I feel like I have a good understanding of my oral health and treatment.

Chris gave excellent care while cleaning. Very informative of what she was doing, letting me know what was next eased my nerves. Will definitely be coming back!

Came back 6 months later and as pleasant as ever! Chris is always kind and gentle!

I received a call soon after submitting my request form and they added me to the cancellation list since I wasn’t able to be seen until May. I love that I got a text that there was a cancellation and I was able to get in today.

What really sealed the deal for me and choosing here as my new dentist was Rachel the hygienist. She is seriously amazing and the main reason I’ll be back!

Very satisfied with all the staff and Chris was so good and helpful explaining my X-ray and gentle with cleaning etc. Also the new member, Dr. Lee was wonderful and am so glad she has become part of the staff.
