Hilton Cincinnati Airport

This is probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel in a long time. Staff is friendly. Bathroom was clean. Area is walkable with lots of different food and conveniences nearby.

Was in town for a music festival in Cincinnati. This hotel was close to both the airport and Cincinnati. The shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver as I had a super early flight out. Room was super clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. I was able to walk to several restaurants and a Starbucks! I had no need for a car while there which saved me some money. Will 100% stay here again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Only issue was that the tub did not drain, and we alerted the front desk. Will likely be a regular stay for us on our trip home every year

Beautiful hotel, with helpful and caring staff. They have a convenient 24-hour shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. It's my second time using them. Totally like this hotel.

Loved the rooms and the atmosphere was great! Very upscale and for the price you can't lose!

This is a sweet hotel. The rooms were surprisingly clean, the bed was soft, and the breakfast was good. Pretty cool. I also like that it's in a pretty good area of The Cincinnati Metro.

Employees are super friendly. Amy at the desk goes out of her way to help everyone, she was also willing to come in while off duty to drive us at an odd shuttle time so that we could get a little more sleep.

Rooms and all areas are clean. Gym is nice! And there is coffee available!! Love this place.

Staff was super friendly. They didn't have my daughter's car towed away when her, her husband and family missed their flight and couldn't get car until the next day. They loved the hotel and said it was perfect and they would stay again if they have the opportunity to.

We’ve stayed here a couple times now to be close to the airport for flights. The staff here is absolutely top notch. The most friendly front desk staff you’ll find at a hotel! Rooms are nice and spacious, and most importantly, clean! They have an efficient shuttle system between the airport and hotel with great drivers. An excellent option when you need something close to the airport.

This hotel is really nice, comfortable, clean, and well-kept. They have a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes, 24/7. The staff is friendly, professional, and personable. As you can see, I had a great experience there before my flight from the airport.

Rooms were nice and clean. The park and stay is convenient and cheaper than airport parking. Everyone was very nice.

Great hotel and staff! Left my iPad 12.9” in lobby checking in with multiple other guests around. Ken, working the front desk retrieved it, and had it at the hotel over 24 hours later when I realized it was gone!! I was dumbfounded. Cincinnati has its good and bad hotels, and this one is great regardless if the iPad situation occurred or not, but to see a gentleman so dedicated to customer service, personal integrity and kindness was a lift I needed from society in general. While this hotel isn’t necessarily a place I would expect someone to keep it and play ignorant as it’s in a great location nowhere near much of our city’s less trusted, I was just invigorated by the act by my fellow man. It’s a $1500 iPad new, that’s enough to tempt about anyone. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for this man and the establishment he represents. But as I said, don’t just book if you’re planning on being an idiot at the check-in and abandoning your expensive electronics. The super clean rooms, new comfy beds and modernized rooms and amenities representing the Commonwealth will certainly not disappoint. And please if you see Ken, let him know you read this and tell him thanks once again please. And then if you’re feeling exhausted from your trip with kids, and need a break, just drop your first born in the lobby! They’ll be there in a special location whenever you realize you will take them back! Thanks Hilton for another great stay and thanks to Ken for being a great host and great guy! You’ll get this back in droves I’m certain of it!

Hotel staff were fantastic. Got me into a room as quick as possible & provided me with my welcome water & kindness

This is a very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff are a plus. My room was lacking a shower curtain and within 3 minutes I had one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area. The one thing I liked the most was how it smelled clean when you walked into the lobby. The beds were comfortable, no noise from the airport and with in walking distance to a few restaurants. I felt safe and welcome.

Really great price and very clean, very nice room. Cincinnati is a quick 15 trip, tons of stuff to do there. There is a great comic book store called Comic Book World 5 minutes away.

Great location. Friendly people at this location. Said hello every time they saw me. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

We park here Everytime we fly. About 5 bucks per night and they shuttle you back and forth to the airport. We had cancelled flights that delayed our return for two days and they didn't charge us for the additional days we had our car parked.

The staff here was extremely helpful setting up a graduation surprise for a family member that was a guest there. They went above and beyond setting it up, the execution was perfect. Great customer service!

Staff was extremely nice and friendly. My room was very clean and decor was modern. Amenities were also very clean. The hotel bar serves everything “to-go,” which is understandable considering the pandemic. I’m beyond impressed with this location and would recommend to friends and family!
