Needed a special HDMI to connect my laptop to the TV. Took the laptop in. An associate quickly came to help, instantly recognized what I needed, and led me to it. Just to assure me that it was the correct cable, he opened the box and plugged it into my laptop. I was in and out in 5 minutes! You might find cheaper prices online, but you won't get that expert assistance. Thanks!

My husband and I don't go to Best Buy all that often but have gotten our past 2 TVs from there. It was a good experience each time. Sales people seemed knowledgeable and not too pushy. We also had a good experience trading in our phones and received a little more than $1000 worth in Best Buy gift cards which we used toward the purchase of our most recent TV.

It's a nice Best Buy in the area when you feel like you need to go in person to get whatever electronics/appliances you're in search of. I noticed how many options and variety there is with their products, and I'm thankful for their phone trade-in service which helped us out a lot.

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy in Florence, Kentucky! The staff went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of an MacBook Air with trade-in. Their outstanding service made my day, and I couldn't be happier with my new computer. What truly stood out was the exceptional teamwork – the product pick-up staff resolved a problem created by the online team, and the Apple team ensured that I got exactly what I needed. This was the best experience I could've had. I strongly advise that you go to the store for all your purchasing needs instead of buying online. I had no idea that Best Buy would recycle electronics! I found out online and was so glad my old TV wouldn't end up in a landfill. It was the easiest thing to do, I put my 50 inch TV in my car and drove to the store where a very nice young man took it inside. I did pay a nominal fee to recycle, but it was definitely worth it. If you are serious about recycling and have electronics you are ready to get rid of, Best Buy is the place to go. I'm glad they are environmentally responsible and willing to help the rest of us in keeping the planet free from unnecessary waste. Thank you Best Buy!!

Young man that helped me in the phone dept. Was great and extremely knowledgeable. I also bought a TV that day , and the young man that helped me on electronics, was great . Very helpful and kind . Keep up the great work .

Went in to get a new TV, found what I needed and the salesperson rang me up in TV section and I was out door within 15 minutes of arriving.

We had a horrible experience with attempting to get our warranty credit for our TV and were very dissatisfied with the online support from Best Buy. I finally received my credit and had little hope for a great experience in store but the staff there blew us away!! We were greeted right away and asked if there was anything we were looking for. We said we had a credit for a TV and we needed to pick one out. They asked if we would like assistance and we said sure, that would be great. When we walked back to the TV section we were greeted by Gio. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Gio showed us our best options and even loaded our cart! Then we talked about sound systems, and changed our minds on which TV to get. He proceeded to unload and reload the cart without any issues. He asked us if we needed help putting it in the car and helped us with finalizing the purchase. It was one of the Best Best Buy experiences I've ever had!

We purchased 2 LG G3 tv’s, Sonos sound bar and amp from Best Buy in Florence KY recently. After wandering around the aisles overwhelmed with options, a salesperson by the name of Jhust walked up and offered assistance. He was so knowledgeable about the products and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We’ve made several trips back to Best Buy since and we ask for him by name. Thanks for the great experiences Jhust!

Going in to the store was great....but don't expect help when calling about a special request for something or even talk to someone that knows your situation. They fall way short in customer service in my opinion.

They have employees at the front of store waiting to service you. The technician i asked for help was a thorough young gentleman. I appreciate his kindness in helping me find a smart light bulb for my echo dot thank you!!

Even though they couldn't help me with a broken screen in my Pixel 6 Pro (I didn't buy it through them) they were able to guide me to a cellphone repair shop nearby that was able to fix my phone. Even though they didn't make anything, they were still helpful.

Best buy is the best place to see, demo and buy your electronics! Team members are awesome 😎

Friendly & Helpful Staff as soon as we walked in the door!
We knew the Laptop that we were interested in and as soon as we said so there was a Staff Member from that Department there to show it to us and answer our questions! He was helpful, knowledgeable and wanted to make sure that this was the right Laptop for our needs!
We walked away happy & felt like we made the right Purchase!

BEST Buy was great it has wall to wall deals and just about anything you can think of entertainment plus phones and snacks you cab purchase at the front desk, it very good lighting in the store and very clean my granddaughter got a great deal on her Apple air pods at best buy!!

Purchased HP Spectre 2-in-1 in Florence. Was helped by Max, a manager. He was nice, answered my questions but was not overbearing. It was painless and easy. They were offering 24 month financing at the time so I took advantage of that. It's been a couple of weeks and still very happy with my purchase.

Nice ppl, loved talking to the woman on the phone after some punk dumped an entire can of coke in my car and possibly messed up my stereo i got from them and was tellin me that i shouldnt go after that guy and that karma will get him. Pop off queen, you slay

I picked up an online order. They had a dedicated pickup window and the line moved quickly. Employees were friendly.
