Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Sunday afternoon is a busy time but the restaurant was properly staffed and the customer turnover time was excellent. We were seated earlier than the estimated seating time and the food was fresh and great. Our server Amy did a fantastic job during the busy time of day. She was polite efficient and kept our drinks refilled regularly. Great overall experience.

My boss TMac told me I needed to experience this restaurant, and boy did it not disappoint. I would give 10 stars if I could. The county ham was amazing. The wild berry tea, out of this world. Would recommend for everyone to have this location as a staple in their eating out rotation.

Love going to cracker barrel! The employees are always friendly and upbeat. I wish I would have gotten the girls name that was working the other day. She LOVED my 2yr old daughters bell bottoms and was super friendly, bubbly, and upbeat! Food was ok. I love browsing there little store too! Everything is so eye catching and beautiful!

So I actually work here and I just want it to be known that the people that run this place as well as my coworkers are some of the most amazing and just genuinely good people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Yes you are expected to work hard but employees are treated so well and are made to feel so welcome and safe. The core of the company is hospitality and they say that the employee experience should match the guest experience and they most definitely stand by that statement. Happy holidays everyone!! There are other locations that feel more authentic and rustic in their design. The dining room felt off, as if it is lacking in their traditional decorations. Food wise, this was everything I've come to expect from one of the greatest food chains in the country.

Towanda was the most energetic waitress we have had in quite a while. She was very friendly, quick with our food, and even sang a song when bringing the food to us. She knew regular customers by name and quick with conversation.

This was my birthday dinner pick. Food was great, service though was a little off. We had a fairly new server, but don't let that stop you from going there. Food there is always awesome and the service is always awesome. I love Cracker Barrel and eat there every chance I get.

Came here to celebrate my mom and grandpas birthday. I ordered a steak sirloin medium-rare along with a couple of other things. The steak came out very well done, but I’m not one to complain about things so I ate a little bit of it and ate the rest of my meal. When the waitress took my plate back with the rest of my steak, the chef noticed that it was not cooked the way I asked and cooked me a new one free of charge to take home. I felt so well taken care of and the fact that he/she noticed their mistake shows me that they are passionate about the food they are serving their customers!!

Although this trip was strictly for shopping, it always smells amazing, everyone working is always pleasant even when they're busy. Store is always neat, clean and fun to shop in.

This is a new location, ans they are struggling with the crowd. It was over ten Minutes before we were seen by a waiter, and had to order everything at once. She pre-defined herself, saying they were having issues and that if there was a problem she said, "it's not my fault, so don't yell at me.". Which already told us we were in for a ride. Our waitress didn't come back until after our food had come, and we had to ask for refills on all drinks. She refilled my sprite with water, and then took 5 minutes to come back with a new one. I didn't receive items I requested with my meal (condiments) until much later as well. And once our check was on the table, we received no service after. The lines are huge to check out in, and the parking lot is completely packed. I understand they are still getting their legs under them. But it's quite frustrating when they've been training since the beginning of October, and have been open since October 30th. They should have a sense of rhythm at this point.

Eat frequently at this location. Unfortunately, today was not a good experience. Meal did not look like a typical Cracker Barrel meal. Turkey, dressing and sweet potatoes (not pecan casserole as advertised) was of a low quality. Service was good. Manager was genuinely apologetic. I declined her offer to "make things right".

We had an excellent experience! Our waitress made my grandson’s birthday special! And even brought something for his cousin who was with us. Thank you!

This is a new twist on the old fashioned Cracker Barrel! The walls are very light compared to the brown walls in most CB, and some of the dishes are served on really pretty blue floral China. The staff here is friendly and efficient. We come here often, and I recommend you check it out!

We were the first group to try their new Cheescake Loaded Pancake meal. It was absolutely amazing! You will be filled when you get 2 eggs and 3 strips of bacon or sausage. The pancakes were as filling as a full meal and super sweet and delicious. Came with fresh strawberries on top. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the service and friendliness of the staff. You must try it for sure!

Their store already has Christmas stuff and I love it!! The food came out hot and it was quick. Our waitress did an amazing job. No complaints

I had ordered catering from here for my wedding and they went above an beyond I was thankful for all their help! The food was amazing everyone loved the chicken tenders! Staff went out of their way to make this a perfect night!

I always love coming here to Cracker Barrel. I love the decor, the atmosphere and the comfort food. Our server was great. She constantly checked on us, chatted with us and overall was very friendly. The food tasted fresh and was served hot. Portion sizes were adequate. Of course the store is always fun to shop in too!
