AT&T Store

I walked in to the store and was immediately greeted by Sales Rep Rob. He was very knowledgeable, and eager to assist me. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

Brought in a old phone that I had lost for at least 2 years that was found. Nick and everyone else in the store went above and beyond helping me retrieve the photos from the old phone.

Appreciated the helpful service provided by Jacob on Thursday, Sept. 1. He helped me understand and access some of the features of my phone. Very courteous and polite, while being very professional.

Needed a new iphone for my teen son, and didnt have a lot to spend, but I have an acct with ATT, so we ran down on a wim, and Rob and Chad greeted us, even held the door open to greet us coming in! Our acct was looked up, and I was able to get my boy a new iphone, the rep even did all the transfer work for us from old phone to new iphone, even putting the screen protector we got from the clearance table on, and got us in and out in a jiffy and my son was super comfortable with the guys here, which goes a LONG way with me. AND before heading out, we even got our bill changed to a newer promo, and I saved money too!!! This store is way better than the Newport store, bigger too! Love it. For all these reasons, we will only be shopping HERE at this location from now on. Give them a shot, its not like average cell stores that can make you feel nervous. A++ all the way!!!

Chris, the At&t representative that waited on us, was very helpful & friendly. He solved our issue completely & efficiently. I felt like he was knowledgeable. When we left the store we was completely satisfied.

So I switched from T mobile to AT&T few days ago. First off Lisa who I talked with first online was absolutely awesome when I was having issues online ordering who set up an appointment at this store. Second Dan was awesome too made me feel welcomed friendly and helped me big time with my phone. The next day went to get my daughter switched over but but the pricing was different then I expected but it was ok he saved the phone for me the next day it was the last one. You know being a single parent playing both roles money can be a little tight at times.. I can't think him enough for all he's done for me. When leaving the store I was a very happy customer all because of his kind heart.

We waited for about 15-20 minutes as they were busy and we were a walk-in but otherwise that all issues were resolved and they had really nice staff.

Christerfer Jones was the absolute best!!!!!! He was polite, honest and thorough! I can not state enough how pleasant the experience was!!!

This store and all who work there are the Greatest. This starts with the Manager Chris and includes Christerfer and Nick and and all associates. I drive over 20 miles from Florence Ky to Alexandria to go here. Chris was at the Florence store before, but that store completely changed when he left.

Chris Jones did an outstanding job assisting us in the purchase, backup and transfer of 2 new iPhones. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Normally the experience of buying new phones is tedious. We are grateful to Chris whose patience and thoroughness made it far easier.

The whole team is AMAZING! If are looking to upgrade or for a new provider this is the location to get you in the right direction. They were all so helpful and fun. The AT&T store in Highland Heights is well run, with good staff that have got people skills, work efficiently and seem to be a good team helping each other out. And they are very customer centric.

They know and use the tools on their tablet, and get the customers in and done surprisingly quickly. Yet I didn’t feel rushed or hurried.

Somehow, the manager there has been able to attract and keep these employees, so the store does not seem to be understaffed. Bravo AT& T !

The AT&T store in Highland Heights, KY is amazing! The salesman who helped me was professional and friendly. Within just a few minutes, he resolved an issue I had with my plan when another store had given me the runaround... twice. Thank you so much! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name.

I was greeted and helped swiftly from the start. The associates projected a positive working environment with friendly attitudes from everyone on the floor and incredible customer service that ensured I not only got my broken phone replaced, but that I was getting the best deal for my phone plan. I was informed on any special offers I was qualified for and found a sleek, yet durable phone case. My associate even helped install my screen protector, which I'm sure I will be very thankful for one day. I have been going to this specific location for all my phone needs for years and have always been satisfied with the wonderful service.

Chris at the highland heights location was great. My wife accidentally deleted her notes and he went above and beyond to restore them. Follow up and customer service was the best we have had with att. Highly recommend him and the location. They are actually part of ATT and not just an authorized dealer which allowed them to help in ways the Newport location could not.

We walked in with my mom who had the original galaxy phone and definitely needed an update! Ed was polite, informative, fun, and extremely helpful. He helped us find a phone that worked well with what my mom needed while also giving her a good upgrade at a great price! Thank you Ed!

Ed was a wonderful attendant, he made everything super easy and I was in and out with a new phone and a new plan in about 2 hours. The store was clean and everyone was wearing masks and following regulations. I would highly recommend coming in here.

Big thanks to Daniel and mgr. Jonathan. Both were extremely professional, completely customer focused, and helped me obtain exactly what I needed.
I had a fairly complex situation with several cellular/tablet/watch lines, now add attTV (with a twist), as well as promotional equipment upgrades and bill credits, service changes, address change, AND all at the same time! Talk about a perfect storm. It all seemed very straightforward for these guys and in minimal time, I had my business handled and could move on without concern. Daniel followed up with me exactly when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would, and accomplished every goal i had. This situation had so much involved, I'm honestly bewildered by my experience.
