Andrew was exceptional. I had some real off hand questions and a situation that could have easily been mishandled or misunderstood and he knew exactly how to help me, even giving me step by step instructions on a resolution. Very confident and knowledgeable given my unusual conundrum.

Monday, October 9th, the hubby & I decided to check out the T-Mobile Home Cellular Tower deal. We stopped by the Highland Heights store (5DSN) & were pleasantly impressed by the quality of customer service we received there by Taylor. She was well versed in the product we came to learn about (& she sold us on it) as well as able to answer all of our inquiries we made about other products. She provided the information about other products, but when we said we wouldn't be purchasing anything else that evening, she was not pushy, which my hubby & I both appreciated. This was at 7:30 in the evening & nearing closing time by the time our transaction was complete. She was definitely not a clock watcher, as we didn't feel rushed at all. Kudos to Taylor. She was a great representative of this business & store!
(And, yes, I also spoke to her Asst Manager, Alex, to give him a glowing report of our interaction with her!)

I wish I could give 100/5 stars for this store. Not only are the entire staff extremely courteous and helpful, but the store manager Joshua has customer service professionalism that is textbook definition both with customers and his store and staff. Above and beyond; always a pleasure.

Went in 30 minutes till closing and was out in 15 with a new phone and case and even a screen protector. Fast and efficient and kind. Great Job!

My daughter and I went to the Highland Heights store on Saturday, 8/26/23. A guy named Alex waited on us. They did not have the phone I wanted, so Alex it for me. Alex was nice and answered all of our questions. I would reccommend this store and Alex as your service rep.

We attempted to visit the Florence location and was turned away because they closed in 40 minutes and they didn’t want to sell us the new phones because they may have to stay a few minutes late so we headed to the highland heights location and met Gil. Gil greeted us with a friendly attitude and not only sold us our new phones but let us know of multiple different promotions going on that worked with our plans and we ended up leaving with not only the new phones but two new Apple Watches and the accessories to protect all of our new equipment. He also stayed until almost 9pm, an hour after closing to make sure everything was activated properly and transferred from our old phones to the new. Thanks again to Gil, you were awesome and we truly appreciate your help!!!

My husband and I was dreading to migrate our account to T- Mobile from Sprint and get new phones. We figured it was going to cost a fortune between the phones and the new service. The manager Daniel and the district manager Michelle did a phenomenal job! They took their time with us making sure we got the best promotional deal possible. Our monthly bill was a lot cheaper too. We were so impressed with their knowledge and the way they treated us. We will definitely recommend this store to everyone we know! Thank you Michelle and Daniel, we love our new phones!!

Thank you Dalton for the excellent customer service you provided me today and not giving up on a complex issue I was having with an IPhone. Other stores could not find a solution so I’m glad you had one. After multiple trips to different sprint stores and Apple you were finally able to find the problem to get my services back working again after they had been interrupted for over a day. All the employees here are A plus and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They are SO nice here and the store is so beautiful and clean!! Great experience!!! Much much better experience than other tmobile stores I’ve been to.

One of the BEST customer service experience I've ever had anywhere. Alan and Nicole were both incredibly helpful. They resolved my phone issues in just a few short minutes. Extremely friendly and personable staff. After the work was done, I could have sat there chatting with them for hours. Thank you guys!

Alex was great! He walked me through all the different phones and answered all the questions I had about each of them. This was the best experience I have had at a phone store!

Sprint may not have the best coverage but they have the best coverage for my wallet 🤣🤣😂 plus I get free Tidal and free Amazon, also my speeds are always over 30 mbps so...I am cool
