Kroger

Came in from out of town. Met a cashier by the name of Nathan. He was nice, welcoming and just a cool dude. I hope you guys see this and let him know this review is about him

I have been using Highland Heights bakery for a year now and they deserve recognition w 5 stars! Especially Mia! I get a cake once a month for anniversary celebrations and Mia is always doing a great job at decorating to my liking! I needed a mermaid cupcake cake for my daughter’s birthday and called around other places and when I called Mia to see if she could do it! Without hesitation or questions she made the cupcake cake into a mermaid tail and it looked absolutely amazing! Shout out to Mia for always doing an awesome job!

Definitely the place I enjoy going small enough to find everything you need the staff is friendly even if I don't go there for a long time they always ask how is my family will be returning

This has been my store for 30+ years. There is always very friendly staff, particularly Tammy, who works in stock, she will stop what she's doing and she will help you find what you're looking for
along with a big dose of sweetness. I'm very happy shopping here!

This Kroger is great. The store is always stocked well whenever I visit. I always get the seafood in the oven ready bags and everyone behind the counter back there is usually very helpful and kind. The staff at the self-checkout are also friendly and attentive to any problems you may have as well so that I'm always in and out in no time.

One of the staff is rude but I just stay away, other then that t is a good Kroger to shop.

I had a very enjoyable time at Krogers tonight because of 2 people. The one man with a dark beard and dark hair has helped me out a couple of times, forgot to ask his name, but he is super friendly, and had lifted my 35 lb box of catlitter into the cart and out to my car..he offered to stay and take it out for me, but he told me his shift was ending, and I didn't want to keep him stuck there waiting on me..very nice young man! A great big shout out to Karrie who was the checkout girl..super friendly, super sweet..if I see her working I'll be waiting in her line, no matter how long it may be. She was fast and friendly!!! Good job also to the guy who bagged my groceries..don't know his name, he had a mohawk..I see this guy all the time, he is such a good hard worker, and he's always there, very dedicated employee..he should get the most valued employee award!!! I'd give it to all 3..they all deserve it!!! Thanks Kroger, for hiring the best of the best of the best!!!

I visited this location while I was a NKU for an event. I received the best service from Ms Dottie in the deli. All entire staff was welcoming and nice. I wish i lived closer so I could enjoy Ms Dottie's hospitality more often.

Big beautiful, every thing that needs for daily life, loved sweet potatoes pie also the pumpkin pie 🥧, a walking distance from the northern Kentucky university. I love the architecture, interior arrangement and design, some good deals, staff friendly friendly and easy going.

The young men in produce were wonderful. My first time in my wheelchair....thanks to Renee for being so kind. Pharmacy needs work...6 weeks of confusion...no meds, but overall the store is the best!

Store is clean and easy to get around and find everything.

Always a pleasant time shopping here. I couldn't find certain tea brand so I asked the worker named Chase and he walked from his section on the complete opposite side of the store and took me directly to the tea I needed.

The Highland Heights Krogers is my favorite store. People are very friendly and very helpful getting things for the holiday Also I ran into a school friend of mine Dee Dee Hall don't know what her secret is but she still looks the same...

This is the best Kroger i have visited, not tpo big, not too small, customers arr very friendly and the store always seems to be well stocked. Employees are very helpful.

Kroger is my families' go to supermarket. Always good specials; customer service is excellent; great variety of products. Hard to beat Kroger.
