RB's text responses were quick and I was given a pleasant car buying experience. I was able to test drive the vehicle and check for rust underneath. Even though it had a few cosmetic issues inside RB volunteered to order and replace the parts to make the vehicle how I want it. The paperwork was all ready after the test drive, I paid my money and the transaction was complete.

RB's assistance was adorable (his daughter) she would retrieve the paperwork off the printer. Love it!! This experience was truly stress free. I would definitely buy and recommend Pioneer Auto. I know when you drive up it looks like a typical used car dealer at the side of the road but RB really cares about taking care of his customers, the conversations we had were good and I felt at ease.

Last note: My daughter loves her 09 Honda Element (Blue).

During the test drive, there were things that I didn't think to check. However, they made sure to check them for me. Pointing out details that should have been obvious to me, but that I just didn't think to check.
From start to finish, everyone was so kind. They also worked with me because, boy, oh boy, did I not know cars were so expensive these days. We buy all our used cars from RB at Pioneer Auto. Having a large family with a lot of teen drivers I needed to find a dealer that would offer fair prices for good used vehicles. I purchased a vehicle from Pioneer Auto last month. The owner RB Nemat and his assistant Garry are the BEST. They are both very nice and accommodating. RB allowed me to take the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic to get checked out before purchase. He worked with me regarding a few concerns I had, worked out financing, and everything else was smooth sailing. Garry is a very pleasant man and did a good job cleaning the vehicle ( in the rain ) before purchase. It may take a few weeks for the paperwork to be completed to get your tags, so I advise anyone to wait closer to the temporary tag expiration date before going to the tag office to get the permanent tag. Additionally, if you have any questions, RB is great with responding pretty much right away. I highly recommend Pioneer Auto for your next vehicle purchase. Ase' and Peace.

RB (owner) who serviced me the entire time of my car purchase, provided Above and Beyond SERVICE!! I went through the toughest time trying to get my car financed in the beginning because I was going through a different process, instead of just getting it financed through RB. HUGE ADVICE, AND PLEASE TAKE IT! GET FINANCED THROUGH RB! THAT MAN WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN NO MATTER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCE YOU ARE IN!! RB has got me in my car in no time at all! and if I would've started with him in the beginning. instead of it taking weeks it could have all been done in 2 days literally or sooner! and to add RB was doing all of this on his own, working the lot and doing paperwork also, all by himself! due to an inconvenient situation.
