Burnette Family Dentistry

I see a lot of bad reviews on here but I’ve had an overall good experience. Dr. Burnette has been my dentist since I was a college student which has been over 15 years. I had an issue with a crown one time but it was immediately corrected. They’ve always tried to get me the best bang for my Buck with my insurance since dental is always low-paying for certain services. I had a horrible experience with a dental hygienist when I had a cleaning once because she was terribly insensitive, but she is no longer there. I had another dental hygienist once I was brave enough to get another cleaning and she was amazing! I think her name is Kayla.

No major complaints for me or nothing that wasn’t rectified. Dr. Burnette is one of the kindest doctors of any specialty that I’ve ever had and he connects with his patients. He always remembers what’s the latest in my life and I love that. Great bed side manner and has always taken great care of my teeth. He’s also good about referring out as necessary and the office has been good about medical records when needed for my referrals.

Dr Brunette always does the best job! I had some old silver fill ins, he swapped them out. Didn't make me feel bad for not coming to the dentist in 3-4 years. His staff does an excellent job!

Absolutely love coming to the dentist here. Dr Burnette and his staff are all wonderful, polite and the best part is he has never had me do any treatments I don’t need. I’ve worked years in the dental assisting field and have seen a lot of things within dental offices and unnecessary treatment. I cannot say enough how much I enjoy and feel so at ease here when I visit Dr Burnette

I love coming here. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Ever since I started coming here I've never wanted to go to a new Dentist. I've been coming here for about 3 years now.

Dr.Burnette is a Great Dentist and everyone that works there is very thorough and professional. I can't say enough good things about them. The best all around.

Unsure how things are ran here. I called Oct 6 of last year to make an appointment for a basic cleaning, everything seemed good. Then get called the day of my appointment, Dec 29, to get told the dentist called in. They reschedule me for Feb 28, then again saying the dentist called in. Once again, I am rescheduled for May 15, and surprise once again the dentist calls in apparently. 3 different times the "dentist" calls in everytime I am scheduled. 7 months wasted of trying to get a simple cleaning done, save your time & find somewhere else.

Had to pay another dentist to replace the work performed by Dr. Burnette at Burnette Family Dentisty! No response from Burnette when requesting refund!

Now seeing multiple reviews stating they too had issues. Wish I'd have seen those BEFORE I had work done here!

At first I thought they were great. Once the work was done on my teeth, I found out differently. I had an appointment to have them correct the work they did and they've closed down without even calling me to let me know. They've been closed for two weeks now. I drove by yesterday and there was an eviction notice on the office door.

Over all took like 10 trips to get my crown and once I got it it was wrong and caused me a lot of pain. I told him it didn’t feel right but he didn’t listen and it persisted to cause me severe pain because it was too large. Overall don’t recommend the doctor. Staff if good though.
