Applebee's Grill + Bar

I read some reviews before coming and I was not expecting the amazing service that we got! We got seated, got our drinks and food all super quick! Our server was Lisa, very nice and sweet lady! Definitely will be back!

We were so glad to see that our favorite server, Joel was working today when we stopped in for lunch. He is the BEST! He is always polite, friendly and efficient. He is right there with our appetizers, drink refills and the main meal. The chicken broccoli alfredo pasta was delicious. The atmosphere at this Applebee’s is always pleasant and comfortable as well. 😊😊

The Cajun street chicken was so moist and tender I didn't need a knife to cut it. Well seasoned and came to the table still sizzling. The beer cheese and mashed potatoes were disappointing but everything else made up for it.

The place had a friendly atmosphere and the service was great and prompt. They were very accommodating to all 3 of us who were there for lunch.

It had been many years since we were there due to poor service. This visit had good service, and the specials had a lot of good food for what is now considered a low price. We will be back.

Joel is literally the best server I genuinely have ever had in my life.
It doesn’t matter if I come in every day or every 6 weeks- he remembers my drink order
Remembers all of my party’s orders accurately even when a million changes to the menu item.
He is fast
Clean
Kind
And amazing.

Joel is the best server in the industry. He handles a huge crowd, no problem. Keep this guy in your roster and give him a raise!

We dine for lunch quite often. The food is always amazing. Joel is the best server and always takes care of our family. The management is very friendly also.

We ate here in Highland Heights for the first time in about 8 months. The last time we had terrible service, it took 20 minutes to get someone to take our order and 30 minutes to get our food. Today, it was the total opposite, I'm happy to say. Cole was our server and he was just great. Very polite and attentive. He checked on us a few times which is very nice. He was also quick to get us anything else we needed, which was a couple different times. The food was delicious. We got the steak, the Bourbon Street Chicken and the fish and chips. Everyone said their steaks were cooked perfectly and the chicken was very juicy and flavorful. We will be back!

Haven't been here in a good while,it was wonderful ,the food was great and the appetizer oh my God we had the pretzel sticks and cheese their not your ordinary pretzel,I don't know if they baked or fried them but they where superb crispy and light like a fried doughnut.Thumbs up and are waitress was on it,Great day.

The food is always good. The service is even better. If you want to go and have a great experience here, ask for Joel as your server. He is the best!

I have a 4 year old daughter and love being able to spend time with her after working all week. This is the best place to go for that. Wednesday is kids eat free night, half price appetizers, and karaoke night. My 4 year old loves getting to go up and sing with me. I hope karaoke stays for a while so that we can continue to have our "Family Night" every Wednesday!

We went for endless shrimp and fries. It happened to be Happy Hour AND Karaoke night! The service was great! Everyone was friendly and the food was hot. Will definitely go back.

Cole was a new employee server at the restaurant in highland heights coldspring area in Kentucky. He was completely knowledgeable of the menu and was able to give me recommendations on things that he thought I might like, which I super appreciated his kindness his charm was very sweet and because of him being our waiter it was in a very amazing experience in the food was excellent very excellent it was in the evening we ate there it was a beautiful time we had an excellent time so I'm very appreciative that you are hiring great people because this one was awesome you should really give Cole a raise because he was freaking awesome, loved him loves the food loved the service loved everything about my experience. I highly recommend this place if I could give 10 Stars I would but they only allow you five so bravo to all of you that work there that night thank you

I got the chicken and shrimp with the dark berry mt dew they have there and everything was great! Nothing like hearing your food sizzle when they set it down. Jenn was the server and she did great and had a lot of patience with me.

Highland Heights Applebee's never disappoints! My chicken fajita roll up is just like I remember it from 15 years ago, delicious! The staff is awesome (Diana, Jenn, Joel) even the GM Krista came out to say hi when I picked up my togo ❤

As many of you may know, my life has been a difficult one, filled with poverty and hardship. But despite this, I have always held onto a glimmer of hope and a belief that things could one day be better. And recently, that belief was rewarded when I had the pleasure of dining at the Applebee's on a riverboat in Cincinnati.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with a lively buzz of conversation and the welcoming aromas of sizzling grills and savory dishes. After much deliberation, I decided on the classic applebee's cheeseburger and I was not disappointed. The juicy patty, crisp lettuce, and tangy sauce all combined to create a truly delicious meal.

But beyond the delicious food, it was the kind service and warm welcome that truly made my experience at Applebee's on the riverboat memorable. Our server was attentive and friendly, treating me not as a poor orphan, but as a valued guest. For a brief moment, I felt like a part of something bigger, like I belonged.

So to anyone who may be reading this, I highly recommend the Applebee's on the riverboat in Cincinnati. Not only for their delicious food, but for the sense of belonging and community that they provide.
