AMLI Westside

The experience living at Amli Westside has been exceptional. From the welcoming staff, to the full size gym as well as the city view rooftop ,everything has been great. So far I’ve been enjoying my time living here and with the private offices working here as well. They bring meaning to the statement “live, work, play” , especially with the location being in the center of west midtown.

Michelle was the agent that accompanied me and my family during our tour and she did an amazing job. I am writing this review specifically to give her a shout out as she answered every question we had and went above and beyond during our tour. Beautiful property and great staff!

AMLI Westside is by far the best apartment complex I've ever rented at. It is extremely refreshing to see both a property management and maintenance team that actually care about their property and residents. Work orders are handled within hours of being submitted, grounds are kept up very nicely, property management listens to their residents and is consistently upgrading their property. The gym on site is nice - the only apartment gym I've seen to have actual squat racks (not smith machines). Location is great, walkable to all of westside provisions district. Resident parking is great - gated entry is very secure and after having my truck broken into at a neighboring property down the street... I feel very safe with my car parked here.

The only con - guest parking is the same as general/paid parking on the ground floor of parking garage which can be very expensive (especially if anyone plans to stay overnight).

Amli Westside has a location that is unmatched. Being able to walk a few feet and be able to have great food, drinks and fun is amazing. The office staff were very friendly and informative when I came to check out the two bedrooms. They definitely won me over. I'm pretty sure this will be my next home when my lease ia up in July.

I've been living at the AMLI Westside for 5 months. The property manager, Victor, and his team do an amazing job. They're communication with their tenants is top notch. Clean property, even the dumpster/trash area. I feel safe in this area because there is always security around, whether its for AMLI itself or westside provisions. Super nice appliances, gas stove is a massive plus. The units are great, the pool is awesome, and the gym here is one of the best apartments gyms I've ever used. They're quick to fix any issue with your unit. I'm a bit of a home body, but if I want to be social I can easily step outside and there's plenty going on. A couple of my co-workers have lived here for a couple years, and I could easily see myself doing the same.

I've worked here on multiple occasions and the residents are always stopping to talk to the staff while we are walking the property. This is by far the most friendly community I have worked at out of my hundreds of locations I provide services to. I have never felt the need to leave a review for a property I worked at until I saw this environment and community. I can confindently say I highly recommend this place. Between Fatu and Trig, I'm sure you'll be a happy resident.

I did my tour with Jae he was extremely knowledgeable & personable, knew the ins & outs of the building, listened to my concerns & had a solution for every one! Was already in love with the property & Jae’s kindness was the icing on the cake. Hopefully will be signing my lease soon!

The staff made it so easy to get the keys and access the building. They offered a dolley and showed us how to keep the front door open while moving furniture. They let is park a U-Haul overnight so we could unload it over two days. The place is immaculate.

I typically wait to leave reviews until I’ve actually experienced how a business/corporation treats you AFTER the sales process. I’ve lived at Westside for about 6 months now, so I feel I have a good idea on who they are.

I can confidently say that AMLI Westside has been one of the most professional, clean, and well maintained apartment complexes in the west midtown area.

Everytime I call, they answer and are polite (even when I’m calling for stupid reasons).

Just today I walked in, and Brandon, one of the office staff, jumped out of his seat to make sure I was attended to and asked me what he could help with immediately.

Any issues we’ve had, have been resolved quickly and in a professional manner.

With experience at about 4 different apartment complexes since I moved to Georgia in 2017, this has been the only one that’s lived up to what they expressed when we applied.

Brandon, Fatu, and Victor - alongside the maintenance team are very personable and friendly. I can see why AMLI has so many successful locations.

i moved to amli westside in dec and this was probably the best decision i could have ever made -- the safety, vibe + overall community is 10/10 (i wish i could give you all 10 stars). from my tour, to my move prep to even now where it's almost been 6 months, i have never felt more at home. if you have the oppourtunity to live here -- DO IT! you wont regret it

I deliver here all the time and the leasing staff are friendly and helpful. Fatu always eager to help and Michelle walks me to the package room and always offer further support! It’s a great community and a vibe !!

I have been at Westside for about three years now and WOW oh how I love this community. The grounds are always well kept and the amenities are always clean!
Whenever I have questions or need assistance Brandon is the first to come running to help me with anything he moved me in when I first came to Westside and he’s been just as pleasant from then to now! I plan on staying as long as possible!! Love love love Westside!

I have been living at AMLI Westside for around four months now and one thing I can say for certain is this is such a wonderful community. With so many amenities and being in such a lively area, I am so glad I chose AMLI Westside as my home. This being my first real transition was very challenging but one person in particular from the Westside team made it that much easier. Brandon who was actually the leasing agent that toured me has been so professional, patient and welcoming. He has made me feel like family and just always goes above and beyond, from the application process even to now as a resident. With that being said, the entire AMLI staff is always so amazing but Brandon in particular has made living here such a joy!

Josh the Maintenance Man is a legend. He responded right away when my thermostat was broken in my new unit on Easter Sunday (103 degrees) and came 3 times to see about fixing it, bringing a temporary solution and eventually solving the problem. Thank you Josh!

Living here at AMLI WS has been wonderful and I wish I could give this community more than 5 stars. The staff has been amazing since day one with Brandon leading by example with top tier customer service. He remembers even the minor details about the residents like my little fur baby name and the fact he is a senior doggy. To me that is important, that shows you actual care enough to "get to know your residents" box, but the entire staff is the same. They ask how you are and is always ready to help if needed. I really am feeling the love here at AMLI Westside.

I have been living here since the beginning and honestly not sure when I will move! Brandon has been an exceptional part of my experience here. No one bothers me and I don’t bother them. Every need I have is met in a timely manner and my voice is heard when there is a concern which is rarely.

The amenities are top notch and the grounds are always clean. I really am enjoying my experience here thus far! Look forward to many more experiences here!
