Savi provisions( star metal)

I live down the street at the AMLI Westside and this is my regular Savi. Everytime I’ve been here, the people are extremely nice and polite. They’ve always helped if we asked, they’re products are fairly priced, and their deli makes some very delicious sandwiches (today I ordered the Cuban and was surprised at how good it was)

Very clean and well organized store.

Protect this store at all costs and feel blessed if you have a neighborhood corner store like this.

Feeling a little under the weather so I called and asked if they have cold medicine and they do. Went there and got exactly what I needed. I was also looking for something to eat with my medicine and I saw that they had tomato soup. It was so nourishing I went and got a 2nd serving. The customer service here is always on point as well. Thank you!

The clerks are so nice and they have enough of a selection for all of your daily needs. Their cookies are also awesome!

I always had great experience. Staff is good, service they provide is excellent. Also they have the variety of products that are of great quality too.

So much better food than your standard convenience store. There’s a great beer and wine selection, and plenty of healthy snacks. Prices are higher though

Nice little neighborhood market with everything you need for those in between supermarket trips. Their made in house sandwiches are really good for a quick lunch to go!

This is my favorite Savi! Great and friendly people in a nice large location.

The store was pristine and well-organized. A great place to pick up any groceries without driving to one of the big grocers. However, I got a breakfast bagel sandwich recommended by the employees and unfortunately it was bland and tasteless. 9 dollars for the sandwich as well. Disappointed and will not return for food unfortunately.

I just visited with my 3 children. It was my first time ever entering a Savi Provisions and it will most likely be my last. We were waiting for our brunch reservation and decided to take a walk. I looked around to see what they had to offer. Was practically watched the enter time I shopped, never formally greeted. I did not receive a thank you for shopping after my purchase, no one offered a receipt. The worst customer service and profiling from a primarily foreign staff. Instead of being on edge they could have just asked “How can I help you?”, “Looking for anything in particular?” The store itself was nice, clean and actually had great items. Sometimes service means more that what a store has to offer. Will not be returning.

I am a frequent visitor because I live in the attached apartment Sentral, and I always have a great experience with Savi provisions, the older women who always checks me out is very kind and respectful. Today however, there was a younger women working and she watched me the entire time from the moment I entered until I walked to the counter. I paid in cash and instead of placing it in my outreached hand, she placed it on the counter as if she was too good to hand me my change and looked at me like I was the crazy one when I told her to pick it up and put it in my hand. That is not good business to keep!!
