Juban Crossing Modern Dentistry

I have been a part of this wonderful office for quite some years now. I would hands down Recommend Dr. Toler to Everyone. I had a crown made and placed by him with out a single problem. He took his time and made me feel like family. Very professional. The office as a whole has made mine and my families dental experience a good one. LOVE IT!!!!!!

On Friday, I went for my first cleaning/X-rays with Juban Crossing Modern Dentistry.

I was terrified but when I walked in the staff was very welcoming. Zach did an amazing job walking me through every step of the way. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Zach and Dr. Toler. 10 outta 10 I’d get my teeth cleaned there again!

I can truly say this office is always beautiful, extremely clean, decorated to the T and has the most awesome staff in the area. Becky at the front desk is always smiling and helpful. She takes her time making sure that you have no questions by the time you walk out the door. She is extremely personable and is always consistent with her beautiful smile and positive attitude. The Dr.s are great! They answer every question you may have and take their time with exams as well as cleanings. The wait time is minimal and they have great bedside manner. I am always so impressed every time I visit this office! <3

This was my first time being seeing here. I was greeted with kindness. All the staff are nice. Jasmine the dental assistant was great. Becky works at the front desk answered my questions and even gave encouraging words. Dr. Toler was great as well. Looking forward to my next appointment

I've been to multiple dentist offices and by far this has been the best experience I have had! Everyone is always friendly and professional if there is a problem, they resolve it quickly and efficiently. Excellent bedside manners from all staff. The staff seem to care where other dentist offices you are just another payment.

I have finally found a dentist office that is personable and friendly. The front desk ladies are simply amazing. Becky and Jeannette go above and beyond to put me at ease when scheduling appointments and going over payment options. I highly recommend!!

I now go see Dr. Toler and he was so kind. I have a lot of dentist related anxiety and fears because of dentists and he from the beginning of introducing him made me feel at ease. I was able to stop being afraid and know that it is okay to trust this dentist. The whole staff was kind and nothing but helpful! I have already recommended them and have already changed my family to them. I recommend this practice for sure.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Receptionist/billing are very friendly. Rebekah, the hygienist, is one of the best. She was very patient and was mindful of my comfort level throughout the visit. Rebekah also made great suggestions/recommendations for oral maintenance and provided the rationale for each. Dr Walters is very friendly and professional as well; she is always eager to answer questions:concerns.

My experience was fantastic! I was taken care of by Brooke, Dr.Toler, and Jeannette. They all took great care of me and explained everything very well. Their professional attitudes made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Been a patient here for 4 years and have been extremely happy with all the staff Dr. Walter's and Dr. Toler are amazing and very caring. Becky at the front desk is always so friendly and greets you with a smile... definitely would recommend them to everyone.

Jeannette and Rebekah, along with the other staff members are so nice. Dr.Walters knows her patients by name and will remember the last conversation you had with her… 6 months ago! The whole staff is friendly and I will never go anywhere else!

You feel like family the moment you walk into the door of Juban Crossing. Jeannette is always so pleasant when she greets you, and Dr. Walter is great. I would highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

I’ve been to a couple offices since I moved to Baton Rouge. I’m so glad I found this office and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. They use modern equipment which is great! Easier and more comfortable.
