Great experience with Nadia who was knowledgeable of every item in the store. She knows her stuff when it comes to the brand! She literally educated me on product awareness. She's a great representation of the brand. Now what shocked me is how diverse the staff were and the mannequins didn't focus on skinny women. It's about time! Now we're living in a real world...

I have been a Fabletics VIP for many years. I love this company as a whole and was thrilled when they opened the store here in St. Louis! The clothes wear and wash well. They are trendy and comfortable! I’m a big fan of the rewards program and have earned several free outfits. I could see how the VIP membership pricing could be confusing to some, but I really enjoy checking out the new outfits on the first of each month and I set a reminder in my phone to skip by the 5th if nothing new appeals to me. The store sometimes has early access to new pieces before the website does. They have wonderful sales several times a year during holiday weekends. Staff is always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate that so much! I always leave the store feeling inspired to go break a sweat... and, to me, that’s priceless.

Customer service is such a thing of the past way too often. I’m thankful to say this was not the case at this store! Courtney was such a pleasure to work with; she made the experience so very enjoyable. I will no longer shop on line; my monthly membership purchase will be made at the Fabletics store at the Galleria! Thank you Courtney for going above and beyond..hope to see you soon!!

I'm a new member and all I can say is I'm WOWD by the customer service!! Everyone in this store has went above and beyond to meet my expectations!! Very impressed! leggings are great also, but remember you can buy leggings anywhere....Im loving the service I receive when I go in!! xo

I live 100 miles away or so. On a day trip to STL, I purchased a pair of leggings here. After I had tossed the tags and receipt and got around to wearing the leggings, I noticed they were damaged. BUT!... I called the Galleria store and they were such a great help! Apologetic and understanding, they gave me the Fabletics customer service number. That representative quickly looked up my purchase by email address, sent me a pre-paid shipping label, and gave me many options to choose from that reflected my full purchase price: replacement, exchange for another size/style, store credit, etc. It was all so easy, especially considering I had tossed the tags AND the receipt already. I really appreciate how this company stands by their products and does everything right when there is a problem.

Today while wearing my Fabletics leggings, a dog jumped up on my legs and scratched them. She managed to break the skin BUT my fabletics were not damaged at all. The quality of their leggings is unreal - I’ve had the same pair for over two years now.

The young ladies in the store were so polite, sweet and very helpful explaining how the membership works.

Helped me process a return for an online order, and took the time to recommend various other items for me while I was shopping there. I appreciate the 'personal shopper' style of service.
