Farmers Insurance - Amy Edmonds

Farmers Insurance agent Amy Edmonds has been absolutely fabulous to work with. She was thorough in her explanation of the coverages available and quickly gave us quotes for our home, two cars, umbrella and life. Once we decided to move forward, she helped us sign the necessary documents and set up electronic funds transfers so that we could do everything over the computer. Amy is a remarkable insurance agent. She takes the time to really make sure you understand what each part covers and how to make the best informed decision based on your individual needs. I have been with her agency for a while, and now my mom has switched to her too. Amy is, by far, the best insurance agent my husband and I have ever had. Several months ago I got rear-ended coming home from the gym. When I couldn't get the lady who hit me to take care of it, my husband called Amy. She dealt with the person and got their insurance information. (They didn't have it with them when they hit me.) Amy went out of her way to get the police report and paid the fee. She stayed in touch with us as we went through the process of trying to get the insurance to pay to get my bumper fixed. She called the other insurance company numerous times. Unfortunately we had to pay our deductible and get the bumper fixed. Farmer's paid for the rest though, and now they are going after the person who hit me. (Her insurer could never get what they needed from her so we suspect she wasn't actually covered by insurance.) It was a mess, but Amy was our advocate. Highly recommend her!
