Schnucks Lake St. Louis

This Schnucks is the best. The employees are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience with the deli department. The manager of this department is the best which makes the employees under her work just as hard. In this department customers come first. I placed a large order for Christmas and they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Thank you deli department!!

Great produce section. Good meat department. A US Bank branch in the store. Shelves stocked well even during the holidays.

Same quality items, & cleanliness, but this store is laid out much better. Isles are wider, & lighting is better.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Their stock is depleted at times.

I grew up in St. Louis, but now I live elsewhere. Anytime I pass through St. Louis, I buy a bunch of Provel cheese. I called ahead and Margaret at the deli had 10 pounds of Provel cheese waiting for me in a box. She was very helpful. The transaction was prompt, and we were back on the road quickly. This was excellent customer service, which, unfortunately, is sometimes difficult to find these days.

I can’t tell you how much I love this store!! The prices are reasonable, the selection of food and products is wonderful and the customer service is the best. Whether it’s Jason at self service or Debbie stocking shelves they will always help you and are extremely patient and kind. I found the manager one day to tell him and he is a really awesome too. This grocery store is the best!! It’s like going back in time when customer service came first.❤

Fresh fruit and vegetables, great prepared foods, and fresh/frozen meats poultry, and seafood.

I enjoy shopping at Schnucks. They are doing some renovations. Everything is always clean and well stocked. Very few times do I not find what I am looking for. Customer service is 👍 👌 great.

They keep everything so neat and clean. I really enjoy shopping there. It was very busy today and the clerks keep a cheerful attitude even though they get some grouchy and demanding customers..

They Have Many Varieties of Good Foods ... Had Not sent Been here in about. 8 yrs when I lived Nearby ... Was going to a restaurant over by the Mall but they went out of business .. SAD ! ... But This Schnucks Was Still Rockin On .. Right On SCHNUCKS ..

Awesome deli & produce section, actually great meat and seafood also. Large wine/beer/liquor selections. They have tasting booths all the time too, which is pretty awesome. I’ve tried different beers and wine. Food tastings too. Great selection and prices, doesn’t break the bank. Best place for quick grocery runs. You can run in and out without waiting long, if at all. Even busy Saturdays, you don’t have to wait longer than five minutes in line. They offer delivery & pick up. The layout of the store is weird, but nothing negative other than that.

As always the employees there make you feel right at home friendly courteous and helpful. They always have what I'm looking for. Beats Walmart hands down since they never have all items on my shopping list yet they carry the items there just out of stock. Never the case at Schnucks always what I'm looking for in the quantity I need. Thanks keep up the good work

Great shopping. Variety and new brands not found at shop n save. Their carts even have cup holders ! US bank inside and friendly helpful staff. Always a pleasant experience. Pricier on some things but have specialty items, meat is great and a lot of premade food items and salad bar too.

First time in store. Easy to navigate. Employees generally helpful. Fairly long wait at checkout, cashiers calling for more lanes to open but didn't happen. Will be our store when we move here in a few months.

I don't know why but something about this store just draws me to it it could be the friendly staff the well stocked shelves the clean environment or all of the above but either way keep it up

Great produce selection. The deli kiosk is awesome! You just place your order, do the rest of your shopping and receive a text when its ready to pick up (usually about 15 min).

It's a smaller store it's got great markings on the wall I mean if you just did a panoramic you could find all the sections that you need everything's laid out by signs they're very friendly they're very efficient they can answer any questions that you have I found it to be very pleasurable and laid back
