My family and I have been coming to the Lake St Louis Walgreens since the store opened. We understand how many people they serve in a week and yet, the Pharmacists and staff always do their best to make sure we get out prescriptions filled in a timely manner.

I have been avoiding Walgreens especially this location for years due to continued service issues - unkind people. That changed last week when I met Katlyn Hatchett. She went above and beyond our expectations in aiding us in our purchase. She is new to this location - most of the good people leave. I hope Walgreens is smart and sees her as an asset based upon how she manages the client experience. Thank you Katlyn!

Have had to take care of my mom out here for the past 3 weeks and every time I've been here to fill a prescription I've had nothing but friendly faces and experience all around. A few times they didn't have enough pills to fill some of our prescriptions, but to be fair most of those I tried to fill after 8 pm the one evening, and they always gave the option of having ti filled by 3pm the following day. Either way whatever Walgreens has been doing to increase their customer service as far as internal programs, it's definitely showing IMO.

Very very good group of kids who work here they all are so nice I come in once a week and buy 2 carts filled with groceries a nice young man can’t remember his name but it started with an “A” he was very nice all are respectful it was late at night he even offered to help bring it all to my car! Since I was having trouble I will be reaching out to corporate to share this news.
