Have always had a good experience shopping in this store. First the ambience is spectacular it's relaxing just to go through the doors. The staff is always helpful and extremely kind and friendly. What I shop here for is the merchandise it is always Top Notch I always find something that is spectacular and well made I would shop here always if it wasn't a little bit far for me and a little bit pricey but definitely worth the drive!

What an absolute treat to be immersed in lavish retail service and shopping again! If you long for the days when products were presented beautifully, where retail clerks like their jobs and love serving customers, then this is the place for you. Like Nordstrom's on steroids! Absolutely top drawer experience.

I'm officially renaming this place Fancy Pants of Lake St. Louis. Once you walk in, you get a Nordstrom's vibe. Everything is well organized, spaced out and neat. The walls have the department name on them, making it easy to find accessories or shoes. The bathrooms are gorgeous too! They took great care of the "family room", which is adorable by the way.
I came in looking for a shaw for a gala I went to and found one for $15! But right next to it was this bad leather belt that would've slayed my outfit - and it did. But for $75. 😫 I couldn't help it.
Staff there are well dressed and very courteous. Nobody hassled me or was over my shoulder and they were easy tho find when I needed assistance. Ill definitely be back!

Saint Louis is lucky to ha e Von Maur! The quality and accessibility are second to NONE! I highly recommend to any in the Saint Louis area!

I found beautiful shiny stretchy polyester similar to satin gloves, that can go past your elbow, for weddings etc. in black and white for $32 before taxes. Party city doesn't have satin gloves.

We LOVED coming into Von Maur! The entire building was clean and very well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful in all departments. Our favorite part of our trip today was the talented pianist. We will be back 💰

A wonderful experience. The sales staff are eager to assist you. I was looking for something to wear to a wedding and they were very accommodating. Even the gentleman in the shoe department was great. They have a wide variety of wrapping paper and so many gifts are purchased there. My 2 daughters are also regular shoppers.🙂

We had a busy day and long travels to St. Louis when I realized I forgot my dress shirt for a wedding. While my 4 kids were ready to go I had 30 minutes to find something to wear. We stopped in and a wonderful lady helped me find a nice regular fit dress shirt and matching tie. After trying the shirt on, the store manager even helped steam the shirt to get rid of the wrinkles. Excellent service and a pleasant time for me considering the stress element. Von Maur values their customers and goes the extra mile at a time others focus on price or volume. Hence, why we prefer to shop at their retail stores.

The Costumer Service is absolutely amazing. That is in all the departments I was in. Cosmetics, Men's, Boys & Girls also the shoe Department. Thanks for the caring people that work here.

My wife loves this store. She always raves about the great staff, and the convenience of having them mail her purchases, especially at Christmas time. I am also very happy the staff there are willing to call around to their other stores to find the right sizes and colors. As a man, I really appreciate the free gift wrapping that comes with my purchases. These is a five star, high quality store, but one can also find some excellent items during the sales. Great store! Outstanding customer service! Quality merchandise!

The women working here are the dying breed of incredible customer service. A group of us were preparing for a gala and they were so supportive and helpful from choosing dresses to choosing the right heels. Thank you so much, we will be back!

I asked Rob in men's to make me look like Harvey on the TV show Suits. He came through. At random people said million dollar suit. The shirt tie big/bold. Great eye for cut and color.

Found a great homecoming dress for my daughter at a very reasonable price.

Always friendly staff, great atmosphere. My favorite store in the area. I'm always getting compliments on the unique clothing I find here. I enjoy that there are always new items and that its not what everyone else is wearing (like for example from target or old navy, which you could easily run into people wearing your exact outfit on the daily.)
I buy for the whole fam here. Shoes, clothing and accessories! Kids clothing hold up and I usually buy it on sale (kids grow too fast).
