After reading all the horrible review I feel like I should tell my side of the story. I got a coffee table 2 years ago and didn't realized we only got the top part. And it was chaotic bc we just moved so we didn't get to assembling the coffee table until last year. After finding out we only had the top, I called the store asking for the bottom part. The model was discontinued but fortunately they had one on display, so they just let us took the bottom part of the display home. They could've said sorry and there was nothing they could do about it.

If you can go during a slow time DO IT. The staff are great to work with and very helpful, but with that being said if you actually need intensive help plan ahead for a slow time. They can’t fully help when it’s busy which could leave frustrated customers. They have to walk the floor, help on designs, look things up, ring at the front, get swatches. I could totally see customers walking out in frustration, BUT they needed to go at a slower time. Call ahead and get someone that can sit down with you if needed. I have done 3 rooms with the staff assisting and I am so happy with the end results.

Stunning Mid Century Modern inspired furniture, accessories, lighting,rugs you name it it's their. Store is an experience in it's self. Wonderful staff to assist you with your plans, more than your average"furniture store".

I've only had great experiences here at this store. We purchased several items for our new house and everyone is so helpful! You can pay for large items over the phone and pick them up in the loading area! Very easy!

The sales people and designers were all so helpful! I was worried they wouldn’t have the couch I wanted on display, but they did plus a bunch of other ones too! Beautiful store.

Krystal and Hector were so helpful during my visit today. Hector, the lighting specialist helped me with an installation/part issue I was having with light I ordered online and Krystal was able to quickly figure out and put in the extra effort to navigate a return issue I was having online.

Inspiring, eco-friendly, and beautiful home furnishings. I learned a lot walking through the doors including that they offer design services, can work within your budget, and you can even host your book club inside the store! Looking forward to my next trip.

Staff were very friendly, asked if we needed any help with anything. Asked us if we needed help getting anything down (rugs). Will be shopping there again. Maybe staff has changed since these other reviews? I didn't have any of the issues mentioned in these other reviews.

When my wife and I needed to try out the Casper mattress, this location welcomed us and let us test out the mattresses they have, even though they knew we probably wouldn't buy one that day. Thanks so much!

I came in to pick up an item I ordered online . Had it right away. In the confusion of holiday shopping thought I had an another item to pick up. Staff looked it up was a completely different store helped the entire time. STAFF IS AMAZING !!
