Wake Foot Sanctuary

wake gives you the full queen treatment when you visit. I was on the fence about adding one of the massage services because of cost. I decided to splurge and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend adding one of the massage services on. But I would have felt equally pampered without the massage, it was so lovely! It smells delicious when you walk in, and immediately sets you at ease. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

The foot soak bowl was huge and smooth feeling. The water temperature was made to perfection: warm and relaxing, and the aroma was great. The head, neck, and shoulder massage hit the spot (I may have accidentally snored a time or two. Lol)
The foot and lower leg massage helped with swelling in my legs. One lady drove miles because it helped with her arthritis pain. CBD oils are available.
The room was very dim.
The relaxing chair was comfy.

Such a pleasant atmosphere and fantastic experience! Everyone is so attentive and kind. The foot soak menu has SO many wonderful options and I always get the shoulder and neck massage add on. The Vanilla Spice tea is a MUST and a little truffle is a perfect treat your self moment. I just love Wake!

If you’re thinking of coming here, absolutely do it. wonderfully accommodating through the entire experience, delicious tea, friendly staff, good smells, good vibes. My best friend and I celebrated her birthday with a soak and shoulder/neck massage. Daya was our therapist and she was incredibly kind, a literal scapula whisperer, and just overall lovely human. It felt like she went above and beyond for us and made the experience just that much sweeter.

This was such an incredible experience for my husband and I. I really loved how detail oriented the whole thing was. They allow you to pick your tea and your foot soak from a list of choices, which I loved. I also loved how intuitive the masseuse was, asking questions and really figuring out how they could help you. This is such a great date opportunity or a great place to go if you need to relax.

A wonderful and relaxing experience! I treated my mom as a Christmas gift. We both enjoyed a soak and 20 minute massage. I chose Salty Beach Rose and she chose The Melt; both smelt amazing! After checking in, you’re given a pair of slippers to change into. You’re also offered a warm neck wrap during your soak/massage, which felt amazing! I cannot wait to come back!

I had the absolute best experience at Wake! Alana, my masseuse/attendant, was excellent. The women at the front desk did a great job of walking me through the best options for my soak, and made recommendations based on be being pregnant. The room in which the services take place is so calm and relaxing. While there are some people there on dates, in groups, etc., the people working there did a great job at asking others to keep quiet to allow everyone to relax. When I was leaving I was given the best surprise ever by the staff! 10/10 recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind, and definitely for expectant mothers!

The whole experience was so peaceful and the staff was all so attentive. I got the Good Vibes foot soak and my husband got the Tea Tree foot soak, as well as massage add-ons. Karen was an incredible massage therapist, and she constantly attended to my husband and I, asking if we needed more hot water or new heated neck wraps. Overall I had a phenomenal experience and would definitely do this again.

I won an Instagram giveaway from Wake Foot Sanctuary a couple of years ago and have enjoyed every experience. Everyone is so kind and accomodating. It's a very relaxing environment! Love the tea selection, also.

Wake has such a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you enter the front door. The shop smells crisp and clean, and they have every type of product you could imagine to pamper yourself. It is well curated and truly a joy to wander around.
When it came time for my session, Emma did a lovely job of informing me each step of the session. I chose to have a personal teapot during my soak, which tasted delicious. The iron pot and cup or a nice weight and it was the perfect amount of tea for my session. I regret not doing a truffle and a small pastry bite with it!
I chose the lavender chamomile soak paired with a foot and lower leg massage. The massage was excellent, and my legs and feet were left feeling weightless and hydrated.

I will definitely schedule again after this first experience, and will probably buy gift certificates for my friends and family who enjoy a nice pampering session!

Heavenly experience! Be sure to make an appointment to experience the amazing foot soaks. Have some tea as you relax and even get a massage! I had the neck & shoulder massage while my feet soaked. Staff are so sweet and create a welcoming environment. I will definitely be back when I visit the area.

I came here with five of my bridesmaids and they were so accommodating! I definitely recommend this for a relaxing girls’ day. It was such a great experience and each of us really enjoyed it. The neck and foot massages were amazing! I will definitely be coming back!!

Had a wonderful time with my sister. We purchased a package, can't remember the name. But it came with like 15 minutes neck and shoulder rub and 30 minutes foot rub. The tea was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly.

Beautiful experience. My husband and I chose the package which added 40 minutes of massage, and it was perfect. The associates were kind and welcoming, and the experience was lovely. We decided to have the blackberry tea and scones and enjoyed it immensely. We would highly recommend it when visiting Asheville.

Smitten with this place. Saw it online and knew I had a make a birthday appointment for my sister and I.

From the time you walk in until the time you leave it's pure Bliss. You're greeted with slippers, service, and food menu.

We chose different soaks with the add on leg massage and they were both amazing. We had Kelsey and she was the best at what she does. I am on the shorter side and it was a bit hard to hang legs over the soaking tub. Had the chair been a smidge higher that would have felt better but overall super fabulous.

We also ordered the pot of blackberry tea which was delicious.

If I had to complain about anything it's that they want you to wear your mask in between sips which is a bit much. You're not sitting near anyone and taking it up and down is not really relaxing. That would be the only thing is change.

Wake Sanctuary is just that...a Sanctuary! Leave your stress behind as one of their incredibly talented massage therapists work their magic as you soak. The floral foot soaks are an incredible sensory experience you won't forget!

Have been many times. They never dail to impress me with their graciousness, respect, and great customer service. I take friends and will be taking family soon. One of my favorite places in Asheville

Very nice experience to share with friends.. The foot bath was super relaxing and the massage was very nice on the neck and head. It definitely left me wanting more time and pampering, but I was a great little break away from downtown walking and hiking. We also enjoyed some realizing mint tea and you get to bring home your slippers! Very blessed out! Lots of pretty things to look at in the shop as well. I would do this again.

I really need a Wake Foot Sanctuary in Charlotte! This place was absolutely amazing and everything I didn’t know I needed. My husband and I visited while in Asheville celebrating our anniversary. The place stays booked but they were very accommodating and we were able to get a last minute reservation. The staff was very friendly and walked us through every step of the process. They have a nice selection of teas and pastries for you to enjoy during your soak. We took full advantage! The soak itself was very relaxing and they a very good with abiding by social distancing rules. I highly recommend if you’re visiting the area. This experience would also make for a great gift (expectant mother, bride, anniversary) I cannot wait to go back!
