I loved Dr Millsaps and his staff. They took excellent care of my teeth. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a dentist.

I went in for a cleaning recently and it was the best experience I have had with a non pediatric dentist. Molly the hygienist is extremely kind and gentle. I hope people like that can realize the strong positive impact their jobs have on the lives of those they help. I wish every dentist office had ladies as nice as the desk workers, hygienist and doctor.

They make you feel right at home and are very professional.

I went to a dentist in Valdese and had a sketchy experience, but a coworker recommended I get a second opinion with Dr. Millsaps. I was hesitant but it ended up saving me from having to get a root canal, and Dr. Millsaps worked with me to develope an affordable treatment plan for all the work I need. He and his staff are very polite and professional, they have all the newest tech, and they are easy to work with. I’m very thankful that I ended up switching to them, and I would recommend anyone else take the chance too.

I went in today to Dr Joshua Millsaps office and wanting to thank the staff for being so friendly. McKenzie did my cleaning appointment and I was so impressed with her patience and professionalism. I have had cleanings in the past from other Dental offices and must confess McKenzie did the best and most thorough job of any cleanings I have had done. . The staff is very professional and they made my dental cleaning today very pleasant whereas in the past I would dread going. Great job McKenzie. Shout out to Dr.Milsaps and staff. Very professional.

Excellent in every way. From the time you walk into the office and even after you leave, Everyone is focused on you the patient , both professionally and personally. Dr. Millsaps is not only interested in your oral health, but always takes time to ask me about my family and my personal well being. This is the first practice that sent me a follow up email with instructions concerning my procedure. Eve and Melissa have given me the best care and make me feel so comfortable. Their work was so good that I couldn't even tell which tooth was a temporary crown! Can't beat that!

Honestly, the BEST dental experience I've ever had. Each member of the staff I met was friendly and made me feel at ease (from the secretary at the front desk, to the several hygienists I met, to Mr. Millsaps, himself). I was very impressed and see why they were so highly recommended to me by several coworkers. I won't be going to another dentist as long as I live in the area.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Millsaps and his team. They are all very good at what they do and seem to have so much fun doing it....that makes for a wonderful environment for the patient. I am so grateful that I found this practice for myself and my son when our dentist retired....just wish my husband could also come to this practice, but sadly his military insurance will not allow him to.

I absolutely recommend this office to everyone without hesitation. Everyone is WONDERFUL. Dr. Millsaps is so gentle and thorough all while explaining everything he is doing and what needs to be done in a no nonsense way. Not to mention, he’s a perfectionist. I will continue to drive to Hickory from Charlotte for my appointments without hesitation.

He did my Invisalign and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I swear, my teeth look better than they did when I got my braces taken off as a kid.

I have been going to Dr. Millsaps since he took over after Dr. Holt. I would not consider changing dentists. This was a wonderful dental experience . I became a new patient at this office today! Very through and gentle cleaning by Gina, then an excellent exam with Dr Milsaps. He smoothed a rough area on my lower front teeth and they are so much more comfortable. No pain!

My experience has been positive EVERY time. I'm a 73 year old "kid" and I've been to a few dentist along the way.
Dr Millsaps and his excellent staff have become like family. They explain what needs to be done. They offer the available options and recommendations and after a decision is is made they collectively do a remarkable job. To top it all off they are easy on the pocket book and terms. That's the whole package. As the song goes, "Who could ask for anything more?" I always leave better than I arrived.

This is an exceptional Dentist with an outstanding reputation. My insurance would not pay for all of the things that Gina, his assistant needed to do. So we have worked out a payment plan. Also, he is going above and beyond to teach me how to take care of my periodontal gum disease. It feels like it is really patent centered care, with a family environment with every visit. If you're willing to follow through, then this practice is willing to do the work. Can't wait until my next visit. AWESOME JOB!!!!!!😙

I came in to Dr. Millsaps' office from out of town to have my teeth cleaned and had the MOST positive experience. Aleisha was my dental hygienist and she made a typically unpleasant experience into an extremely comfortable and warm one. She is so kind. She made me feel right at home and did an impeccable job at cleaning my teeth. Dr. Modlin then did his check up and made me feel great as well. Love you guys- 5 stars!!

Dr. Millsaps has been my dentist since he took over the practice from Dr. Holt years ago. I am a retired Registered Dental Hygienist so I know a little about dentistry. Dr. Millsaps and all of his staff are not only professional and highly skilled, they are also very friendly and caring people. Everyone I refer to him comes back and thanks me and says how much they love him and the entire office. Even people who have had dental phobias in the past have done well with Dr. Millsaps.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Millsaps. I would not consider going to any other dentist. He and his team are excellent - I cannot say enough good things about them. The only hesitation I have in writing such a wonderful review is that everyone will want to schedule and I won't be able to get an appointment. 😊
