I recently purchased a Tacoma from Leonard’s Auto Mart, and I am 100% pleased with the sales service I received, as well as the paperwork and processing. I have purchased several used vehicles from smaller lots as well as new vehicles from your bigger ‘brands’, and this purchase was by far the best experience I’ve ever had.

At no point from beginning to end (which was a duration of about three days) did I feel pressured to make a purchase. During the purchase (paperwork, fine print, negotiations) I was never caught off guard or surprised with unexpected fees. At no point did I feel like I needed to bolt out of the dealership office because I was being manipulated or deceived, or because I was committing to something I wasn’t comfortable with.

Each person that I dealt with at Leonard’s (sales, finance, paperwork, etc.) was patient, kind, and helpful. I was having issues withdrawing a large sum due to bank restrictions, and they were very patient and understanding (when I say they are patient just know they earned that compliment).

I highly recommend you consider this family owned and operated business for your used vehicle purchase, most especially if you’re a female shopping solo. They’re all good vibes and have been in business for a long time for a reason!

It is an excellent place to deal with when looking for a car. My son purchased a Dodge Charger RT. My dad went back and bought him a Jaguar. So if you want to be treated like family, then this is the place to go. We made both deals on the same day, and they do their best to work with each person. It was a great experience. You are treated with respect and not put on the spot for a decision right away. Also, my son got $100 for his papaw buying the Jaguar. That was awesome!!!!! I highly recommend this place for a good used vehicle.

Purchased out latest ride from these guys. What a great experience. Mark was fantastic with a refreshing non-pushy approach. He listened to our needs without trying to press to hard. Mark and Cindy had everything ready when we arrived to make the final purchase and it went without delay. You guys are great and hope to see you in the future for our next truck needs!

We have purchased four vehicles from Leonards over the years, the first one is a 1995 Toyota truck that we still have. They are super friendly and give you a good deal. Mark is an extremely knowledgeable salesman.

This is definitely the place to go if you wanted to be treated like family ,treated with respect, and get a good deal on a car. I was in a rush rush situation and desperate need of a car and I let the salesman know that exact situation. Now given that information, the salesman could have very easily taken advantage of me. But he did not. Through the whole process I did not get pushed into buying something. He took the time to tell me about the 4 vehicles that I picked out. Even told me which one would work better for my budget. Which one would not? And within an hour, I would say I narrowed it down to the one that I picked. And they made the process painless, quick, and easy. Everybody in the office, the whole staff where super friendly. I even got to meet the owner. I got to meet all were great. I found a Tacoma online, and contacted Leonard's Auto Mart. I live in Florida about 675 miles from there dealership. Mark helped me with all the details and many questions I had about buying a vehicle from out of state. I gave them a small deposit and they held the vehicle while I made arrangements to fly in and pick it up. Cindy prepared all the paperwork and picked us up at our hotel. The Tacoma we bought is very nice and will serve us well for many years. I would definitely buy from Leonard's again. It was like dealing with family. Mark and Cindy are both genuine and caring. I look forward to seeing them again.

The owner & staff were Very Honest & Patient in helping my daughter to purchase her first vehicle(Jeep), they were not pushy & try to take advantage of her because of her age. We had been to about 4 or 5 other dealerships/car lots before finding them & sadly the Sales Mgrs.(not the salesmen-they were nice) at ALL of the other places could learn something from these kind folks. Needless to say we will ONLY purchase vehicles from Leonard's in the future!

Lynn was fantastic! I had such a great experience and I absolutely love my honda CRV that I purchased from here. I was nervous to go car shopping but the family that owns this spot made me feel taken care of and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better experience.

They provide a free Carfax report on every vehicle on their lot, the dealer fees are the cheapest I've ever seen, and they will mail you your license plate so you don't have to go to the DMV. One thing is that all of their vehicles are sold as is without a warranty. However, when finding multiple problems with the car after I bought it, Leonard didn't hesitate to fix it for me and pay the majority of the cost. There aren't many used car dealerships out there these days that you can trust, but I was really lucky to find these guys and recommend them to anyone buying a used vehicle.

I am not one to brag about a Used Car lot, but Leonards' has been the exception to the rule. Fair, Honest, Reasonable - If you are like me, that's not what you think of when you think about a used car buying experience. That's exactly what I have gotten with Lynn, Cindy and the whole team at Leonard's. They have made a believer out of me that there are still good people who want to make an honest living and take care of customers. I plan on being a repeat customer for years to come.

During the pandemic I needed to find a reliable vehicle, while driving around looking at several places, i passed leonard’s and stopped. the customer service was very pleasant the pricing was very reasonable. Cindy and her family have been amazing to work with. i’ve bought my last 4 cars from them. absolutely the best hands down! whenever I’ve needed help with finding reliable transportation to accommodate my families needs they found just what i needed. We drove three hours here to look at a Nissan Xterra almost a month ago. I'd already done the research so I knew what I was looking for and I found it here. Service was a great and I've had no problems at all with the vehicle. They only had one key and remote when I purchased it but being a 9 year old vehicle I wasn't surprised. I decided to write a review after I received another key and remote from these folks in the mail today. They went out of their way to make sure I received it when they could have just as easily tossed it in the trash. Definitely recommend these folks! Thanks guys!

I purchased a 2015 F150 from Leonard’s. Dean the salesman was super helpful in deciding on a truck. After the purchase I found a issue with the truck, I called the dealership and they promptly resolved the issue at no cost to me. Lynn was great at keeping me in the loop on what was going on. These guys really went above and beyond in the whole experience from picking a truck, purchasing, and fixing the issue. Would highly recommend dealing with Leonard’s.

Leonard's Auto Mart is the best used car dealer I have encountered in my 40 adult years. Used cars are a sometimes unpredictable commodity the value of which relies on valuation processes, and Leonard's doesn't try to stray from this by high-balling prices. Also based on my experience in my recent purchase, Leonard's values its customers to the point that they go to great lengths to guard their customers against problems that sometimes come with used cars.
