I love this community college. This college has helped me with my ADHD and gave me accommodations to help me through the process. I have essential support services that genuinely care about success to move forward with my degree. Heather Pack, Sherron Bristol, and the director of Health and Human Services at Abtech, Porscha Orndorf. I know from experience that these individuals go above and beyond to help you succeed in your classes!
Words cannot express how.much these team players have impacted my life!!!

Friendly atmosphere! I know a lot of people that work at that college and a lot of students that go there.

All the staff are incredibly helpful. As expected, if you can get menial things (pens, pencils, paper) somewhere else it's a better idea. But if you need it fast thus is the place to go! Needed some snacks while I was waiting to meet with a teacher and the veggie sammich was pretty good.

Staff is friendly and always happy to help. Selection of office type supplies isn't huge but it's enough to get you through the semester if you have financial aid to use (which they accept there).

These people have been nothing but helpful and nice my entire time studying at AB tech. I just wish they would keep more shirts for big people. But then again they probably don't get many people as big as I am.

Best place to buy lotto and pork skins. Fairly good prices on cigarette cartons and beer. Just have to ask em at the counter because they aren't allowed to display because it's considered as "advertising".

Ab tech is such a wonderful community college nestled in the heart of Asheville. From degrees, certifications. and continuing education classes they have something to offer everybody in our community. They even have an industrial kitchen set up as a learning space for local chefs that allows them to rent equipment for events. They also regularly hold seminars that are open to anybody in the community about all sorts of various informative topics. They regularly work closely with community members and businesses to educate and cater to the community. The staff here is wonderful from the advisors, to the professors, to the people that work at the sign up desks. I absolutely love this beautiful little campus and all of its charm and knowledge. Plus there's plenty of parking for every student. There is a reason this place boasts the nickname Harvard On The Hill, because this college is an underrated gem encrusted in Asheville's city limits which is a great asset to all community members. Give them a visit, you will love it.

Great local technical college, located in the city of Asheville NC. Large assortment of classes from Cosmetology to Computer Programming. If you're looking to attend a college AB Tech is by far an excellent choice.

The employees are actually very helpful and knowledgeable, there are plenty of cashiers, and all the items I needed were available.
