Recently, I stopped by the Mattress Man Outlet for help. Michael and the manager were very supportive.

I bought my Sterns and Foster mattress there. It is fantastic, and I feel I got a great price for a quality mattress. This store has been my go to for all my mattress needs. Very trustworthy staff to work with. 😊

I had a great experience working with Wes. He worked his magic to get me the mattress and adjustable base at a phenomenal price. The financing was easy and simple. I can’t recommend Mattress Man and Wes enough!

Weston went above and beyond in helping me out! Man has got the deals to give too!! Got me set up with brand new bedroom set and worked with me far into closing hours! Can’t say thank you enough for all the help! I’ll probably never buy a bed form anywhere else again haha.

Loved working with this staff. We originally were going to get a mattress Memorial Day, but decided to wait until Labor Day. The staff reached out to see if we were still interested and remembered what mattresses we were looking for. The service felt very personalized and welcoming and I will be highly recommending them.

Wes was extremely helpful when we came in to look at mattresses. We initially came and we unsure about our price point, Wes gave us a quote and kept it on file for when we were ready to purchase. When we came in to purchase, we were in and out in 30 minutes! The easiest process we’ve had when buying furniture. Wes took all of our wants and needs and found us the perfect mattress! Hi guys! I’m Maicon & I’ve been trying to get a mattress for 3 days. I went to many stores, and all I found were people trying to sell me all the expensive stuff. However, yesterday I went to Mattress Man Stores. This guy, helped me find a good price and also quality. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you so much! I had an excellent experience at this store. I went in mostly seeking information, but prepared to make a purchase if the right item was available at the right price. I chose this specific store because it's considered a clearance outlet for the Mattress Man Stores chain. I was not disappointed! When I arrived the staff member on duty happened to be the general manager, Wes, I believe, and he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the beds and mattresses that I had been investigating for the last few weeks. I ended up purchasing an adjustable base that was a few hundred dollars more than I thought I would spend, but significantly marked down due to a clearance special currently ongoing. I feel like I got the best bang for my buck that I could have possibly gotten even considering the floor models I looked at in other stores and the used ones I looked at through Facebook Marketplace. The adjustable base I got has pretty much all the bells and whistles one can get aside from smart sleep monitoring and sound wave therapy, and I got it for just under $1,000, the most comparable competitors base would have been at least $1,600, on sale. I now have the best mattress and the best bed frame/base that I've ever had, at a great price, and I definitely plan to return to this Mattress Man Stores Outlet again in the future.

We had a very easy time getting a mattress this morning. After a stressful day it felt very easy to come in here, and Michael was super helpful with getting us a mattress that worked for both our sleeping styles.

Helpful, professional team able to answer all my questions and find the perfect mattress. The US made mattress is of high quality and proving to be very comfortable.

We had a great experience at the Mattress Man clearance outlet today. Wes, the GM, was a fantastic salesman; very knowledgeable, patient, funny, and he was able to steer us in the right direction to purchase a mattress that fit our preferences and budget. Overall we felt great about the purchase and for supporting this local business.

We had a great experience on July 4. Wes was very helpful and gave us all the info we needed to buy a great mattress/box springs. No pressure. We were in and out with our purchase within just a few minutes. No need to waste time anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Best customer service we have experienced in any industry in years! Not pushy, very help and upfront. Wes went above the call of duty when mattress was not arriving in time and guests in town. They gave us a loaner mattress that was no longer for sale and delivered right away. Only 1 hr delivery window unlike so many other companies. Could not recommend them more! And cheaper than the mattress we bought online and returned.

The staff at Mattress Man are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Wes and Brent could not have been nicer and we feel we purchased some wonderful mattresses at a fair price. Would highly recommend. By the way, Brent has a really great mustache even tho our daughter says he’d be cuter without it😄

We started out with The Mattress Man store by Ross (where Josh was extremely helpful!)- due to some budget restraints we were sent to the clearance outlet where Wes greeted us. He was *incredibly* helpful and was everything a business man should be: personable, prompt, courteous. We left having gotten a new mattress and could not be happier! Thanks to the Mattress Man Fam!

Wes had me in & out of the store in 30 minutes. With his knowledge of the mattresses and knowing what my needs were we narrowed it down to one and the transaction was flawless.

This is a really terrific store! We first went to a nationally known competitor and were discouraged by the incredibly high price point and disappointingly low stock. By contrast, at the Mattress Man, we found a huge range of sizes, styles, and prices. And when we asked what was in stock, ready for delivery, the answer was “most everything.” The person who helped us was frank, knowledgeable, and was NOT working on commission - so he was simply interested in helping us get the mattress that was right for us. We initially went to this store because it was one of the few places in Asheville to buy a mattress on a Monday. It would be my first choice to buy a mattress in Asheville any day of the week!

Wes and Rob were very nice and very helpful to my daughter and I. We both needed mattresses. The Black Friday sale, tryout and exchange policies couldn’t be beat! I like supporting local businesses and they’ve won Best of WNC! Delivery was quick because they have so much in stock. And their delivery men were great as well. Friendly, efficient, careful and quick. I highly recommend Mattress Man!
