My wife and I recently went in for a hearing test. Our experience at WNC Audiology could not have been better. Lisa is Fantastic. She did a very thorough exam and took time to explain everything. I believe she is honest and works hard to find a best solution for you. That's refreshing to me. I highly recommend WNC Audiology.

I can't say enough about Dr. M and the staff here.
First, the front desk staff (I'm so very sorry I can't remember their names) are helpful, nice, professional and didn't treat me as if I were interrupting and not supposed to be there, which happens in too many offices these days. So they are amazing!
When it comes to Dr. M, she is professional, kind, thorough and most definitely attentive. She listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. Thank goodness my hearing didn't test as bad as I feel it is sometimes,(the hubby jokes its mostly selective 😂) but Dr.M said that we at least have a baseline to go by and we will check it again in 1 to 2 years. It meant a lot to me that she didn't make me feel silly for worrying over what ended up not being much for now.
I would recommend Dr.M and WNC Audiology to anyone for their hearing and ear related needs.

Both Dr. Angelina and Dr. Mdzinarishvili are on top of their field in new research and technology plus they have an easy to follow and engaging manner which puts a patient at ease. The staff is great and the hearing aid products are well-organized for patient needs.
I recommend them to anyone.

Yesterday I saw Sophia Hrassnigg, the Audiology Extern at WNC Audiology, for my annual hearing evaluation and consultation regarding my hearing aids. She worked efficiently, which I appreciated, but she also took time to make me feel comfortable with the process. Sophia's explanations of the evaluation and recommendations were understandable and helpful. I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Lisa Angelina over the past six years, and I have referred a number of friends to this practice.

I went to get my hearing aids with some nervousness, but really enjoyed the relaxed and helpful session with Sophia. She did the hearing tests, explained everything and answered my questions. Went back to get my hearing aids and she helped me fitting and understanding how to use them and are for them. I appreciate it.

Dr. M was fantastic. Super demeanor and very thorough. She really listened and seems to care about her patients.

Earlier this week I went to Dr. Angelina for a routine check of my hearing aids, one of which was occasionally needing cleaning. Dr. Angelina put me in her special thoroughly-equipped testing booth for an extensive hearing test with both tones and words in each ear. She also closely examined each aid, found a defect in one, and sent it out for repair. I don't know who could take more care with a patient than she has done with me. Exceptional service.

Just recently had my hearing reviewed at WNC Audiology by Sophia Hrassnigg who was very professional and did a very though review of my hearing loss along with cleaning of the Widex hearing aids I have. I highly recommend WNC Audiology .

The staff was great. The receptionist was so pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Myers explained everything I needed to know before I had the hearing test. After the test she went over the results and we talked about options. I was very pleased with my experience at WNC Audiology.

First visit to see Dr. Lisa Angelina, was very please, friendly, professional and very detailed in her review of my hearing issues. She spent a great deal of time discussing my issues, options and on testing. I am sure as I progress through this process the results will be excellent!!

I've had hearing aids for about 12 years and needed an upgrade. I decided on WNC Hearing and Audiology and made an appointment. Dr. Katherine Myers is relatively new to the practice and I was so impressed with her care. She was thorough, professional, and very up to date with new technology. She explained everything thoroughly and has a good sense of humor. I am enjoying my new hearing aids and they are in synch with my Apple Watch and also my I phone. I don't think there is a better Doctor of Audiology anywhere!
