Hickory Heights Dental

I transferred nicely from my old dentist to the new! Work is exceptional and the office staff is like family or good friends. Add the professionalism and there you have it. Solid 5 stars. Renee and Mel have been my hygienists and they are phenomenal. My talented Navy Vet Doc is the bomb.

My experience today was much like every other one here. The staff is so nice, always helpful. Renee cleans my teeth and she is WONDERFUL. Jennifer along with the other ladies at the front are always so welcoming, ask how you’re doing, even how your family is doing. I hope I never have to go to another dentist as this one is hands down the best!!

Another great visit at Hickory Heights Dental. First time at the new office location. Very impressed with the new facilities. Dr. Pardue and Dr. Aiken are always professional and provide outstanding care. Shout out to Meredith! Made me feel at home during my hygiene visit and provided a worry-free experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for awesome dental services from beginning to end.

This office is immaculate, and the staff is super friendly. I saw Melanie. She was very efficient and very knowledgeable. I liked her right away. Dr. Pardue was so nice and made me feel very much at ease. I would highly recommend this practice.

Love the new location and the friendly and competent staff from “welcome” to “see you next time”. It is very lovely decor and I look forward to seeing more personal touches and photos as they “live in” the space. I have always enjoyed seeing Megan’s and Renae’s family photos over the years. Was checked in and brought back for my semi-annual cleaning quickly. The staff is always friendly and would recommend this place to anyone! Been coming here since I was 10.

We love Dr. Pardue and his staff! My daughter and I both go here. The girls in the office are always so sweet and helpful! They get you back quickly and do a great job cleaning and polishing our teeth! Dr. Pardue has replaced old fillings for me as well and has always done great making sure I’m comfortable and making sure everything feels right before I leave!

Best dental experiences I have had (and at 70 I've had a lot). Gentle and relaxing is the impression I get. Where I used to dread going to the dentist, I enjoy my visits with Hickory Heights. The dentists are excellent and dental hygienists are great (especially Melanie).

Dr Aikens was very gentle and informative. Alyson was amazing! She talked me through it and made sure I knew everything that was happening, checked to see if everything was going okay. Very nice place with experienced individuals!

My family has been going here for years. I was nervous when our dentist retired and we got a new dentist, then moved to a new building, but the changes have been smooth transitions on the patient end. We have been pleased. Also, the new building is very nice. Staff seems happy.

My first visit was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My hygienist was very calming and gentle while cleaning which I had a lot of anxiety about due to previous experiences.

Enjoyed the newness of the office and seeing Jennifer & Megan, who I've known for a while now, enjoying their new space made me happy for them. And I really like my hygienist Renae. I'm pleased with her skills at cleaning and checking my teeth and gums and getting to know her better. I also enjoyed the new TVs in the room which made me feel more relaxed. Even though I have cracks in several teeth, Dr Pardue gave me the information and allowed me to choose my course of action. Good visit! Thank you Hickory Heights!

I have had my cleaning done by this office and I have never felt so comfortable. My dental hygienist and Dr.Aiken were very thorough and made me feel very relaxed. The front desk team all seemed super helpful and friendly.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pardue and Melanie for a few years now. Always pleased with my visit and the communication. The team has done a lot to renovate and improve the facilities and office environment!

I was impressed with the new facility, and as always everyone on the staff was excellent, from receptionist in/out, to the excellent hygienist who did my cleaning and the new dentist all made sure my experience was great. In fact, one of the things I appreciate every time I go in is the hygienist and the dentist review my charts and look for preventative courses of action.

I have been a patient of this group for a very long time. I will admit that the change caused me some concern but I am very glad I continued with Hickory Heights Dental. My recent experience to cap a tooth was a game changer. One visit, approximately 2 hours and I got to watch the cap being made and the permanent one was put on at the same time. I have had no issues from the procedure. Love the new office and the staff is made up of a great group of people.
