Cleanwave Laundry Hickory

This is absolutely the cleanest and perhaps the safest Laundry place in Hickory. I like the ease of using the app to fund and be notified when machines are ending their cycle. The staff is friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep the place clean and organized. I drive past about four places to go here. It’s definitely worth a drive for me. Easy to get three loads of laundry done in about an hour! Thank you for all your efforts to keep this place inviting.

This is a top tier laundromat. Every time I come in it is nearly spotless. Everyone who works there is super helpful, even when you don't ask; if they see you struggling they don't hesitate to offer help. It is not overly pricey either, the four load machine is $5.50 atm. The dryers work great and they clean the machines regularly and there isn't an out-of-order sign in sight. 🤩 Many thanks to everyone at Clean Wave for making laundry day eady ands relaxing!

I travel for work the this place is the best of the all! This place is nice, clean, and modern. Normal laundry mat prices. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I just moved to the area and was searching for a laundromat when I came across this one with great reviews and thought I would give it a try. What a great experience! There were multiple sizes of washers, which was super helpful since I only had five shirts of similar color to wash. The dryers work great so I only needed about 30 minutes to dry everything. Laundry is probably my least favorite chore, but Cleanwave made it easier to endure. Thank you so much!

Me and my Son just moved to the Area. I was in Search for a Good laundromat. I Googled Laundromats I Read Reviews and See how many Stars the Laundromats Receive. I Came Across Cleanwave Laundry Hickory. I told my Son I Read Good things about this Laundromat and thats where we were Going and Oh my Goodness I made a Great Choice Everything was Great Nice Clean Different Size Machines and Every one So Nice and Very Helpful. I even met the Owner what a Beautiful Person it was A Pleasure. I told the Owner and the Staff I will be back when it's time for me to Wash Clothes Again. What a Beautiful Place again.

love the place the washers actually get your clothes clean even if you have a big load of clothes you out them all in the big washer they come out looking and smelling clean!! the put the same big load of clothes in one dryer and for 2 dollars every bit of your clothes are fully dried!! I can ws and dry my clothes for about 15 dollars!! I highly recommend this place to any and every one that goes to the laundromat!! Clean wave Laundromat is the place to go!!

Definitely the best laundromat in this area. Multiple machine sizes to choose from and all were up and running. Very clean and modern, nice area for kids, a little library area, and you can use an app to pay. Machines were also very fast and the woman working there was extremely helpful. My only complaint is i wish they were open later but i understand its probably a security thing.

This is the best laundromat around, by far. The owner is such a kind hearted lady. I have small children and she makes them feel so special, helpful and welcomed when we come to do laundry! The attendants are just as great. They are always trying to make it feel family friendly and SAFE. I feel like the moment my children and I walk in, they make a note to acknowledge us and are on their toes when keeping an eye out for everyone and their belongings. I love this place so much. Typically going to the laundromat sounds awful but... Not for us. The environment they have created makes the experience so much better.

This place is the best!! The machines are great and get your clothes washed and dried quickly and efficiently. Not to mention the kids area has good edu toys and activities.
The owner and her daughter are amazing and so kind.

This laundromat is way cleaner than others I've been too. The washers and dryers are efficient and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a situation where I put too much detergent and the attendant/owner Ms. Barbara took the time to help mitigate and fix it. I definitely recommend this place

By far, the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient laundromat I have ever used. Amanda was terrific! She was helpful, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The app is cool -no more carrying buckets of heavy coins. This place makes laundry day a breeze!

First, it's a super clean facility. It's nicer looking than some of the places I've taken girls on dates, which may not say much for me, but it does say a lot for this place.

I wish I had thought to get the name of the wonderful employee who helped me. I was here today, 11/21/19 from around 6 PM to 8 PM. She made sure I wasn't misusing my card in the machine and getting charged multiple times. She directed me around, saw my laundry, "Oh dear, you need a cart", got the cart for me. She checked on me and helped me with the dryer settings and when all was said and done, she helped me out with my overly large pile of very clean laundry.

I will recommend this place to anyone who needs a laundromat. The ability to use my card to pay for anything inside (snacks, drinks, detergent, lint sheets, and the machines themselves) is a major plus.

I have never been to a cleaner place than this. Amanda the attendant, was very helpful on my first time there. I downloaded the app and no more quarters. Great. As long as I have to use a laundry facility outside of my home...I will continue to go there! "Keep up your good standards!"

A clean place to get you laundry done in an hour! The machines are up to date and the technology (when it's working) makes the job even faster. When it's not working, the owner and her staff provides directions, suggestions and advice. They offer extra services, too. A handy place for campers. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome. From my experience it's always clean, staff is friendly and they have nicer machines than most local laundry Mats in hickory.

I have been to several laundromat’s around the hickory/Longview area, and Cleanwave is definitely the cleanest around. I always feel comfortable while washing and drying clothes, staff has always been friendly. The owner, is amazing. I’ve had to leave mid washing my clothes and she was nice enough to watch over them for me. The washers have always cleaned my clothes, blankets, towels, etc. The dryers are great as well, I dry on low or no heat mainly because the first time I went I used high heat and it did shrink a couple of my jackets. But I would rather go to laundromat that I have to dry on low heat then one where I have to dry clothes for an hour to even be halfway dry.

Very nice and clean, the machines and seats are clean. The owner is really nice and put a lot of effort into making the atmosphere calm and relaxing. By far the nicest laundromat that I've ever been in!
