Someone from 3rd Rock got in touch with me right away after I contacted them online about having an old leaking shutoff valve replaced. Jay was very friendly and efficient and got the job done in a matter of minutes, and gladly took a look at another issue I was having which I had not mentioned in my original communication. I was happy with the price and the whole experience, and would recommend 3rd Rock to anyone in the area in need of a plumber.

Jared and Jonah came out to install two outdoor spigots and fix a leaking bath tub faucet. They got there right at the time they said they would. They gave me a quote before beginning work and I was stunned that it was nearly half the cost of what Roto Rooter was going to charge! They also got the work done in less than an hour! Jared answered all questions I had and both guys were great to talk to. I’d also like to say thank you to Samantha, who was the person who answered my call and handled scheduling. When I initially called, I was in an emergency situation. While they were unable to get to it that day, she checked in with me later that evening to see if if I still needed repair work done the following day. We talked first thing in the morning and she scheduled Jared and Jonah to come out that afternoon when I could get off of work. I had a great all-around experience with this company, and will be using them again for plumbing work!

Had a great experience, from the estimate visit to the completion of the project! Everything was done promptly and with great customer service. They replaced the pipes to our septic in a day and had the place put back together the next day. Would absolutely call them again for any other plumbing work.

Called Weds 10/4/23 to have a wax ring leak in the master toilet. Two plumbers were here within 2 hours and made the repairs. Very impressed with the response and professionalism!!!!! I will recommend services to all my friends!

The plumbers were able to find the leak at our water meter and repair promptly...they acted in a very polite and professional manner.

We had a problem that needed to be fixed sooner rather then later and 3rd Rock came to the rescue! Diagnosed the problem without issue and scheduled a timely repair. Very nice and professional. I particularly appreciate how they made the yard look. They had to dig about six feet up and you could not tell at all after they finished. Still don’t know how they did that! Outstanding!!

The first time I used 3rd Rock plumbing was in January of 2023 two young gentlemen Lloyd and Jonah came out and fixed a leak that I had underneath my kitchen sink they were very courteous respectful and kind and did a very wonderful job! The second time I needed them was of June 2023 when I had a toilet problem and a leak under my bathroom sink Lloyd showed up was also very courteous kind and very respectful and friendly and did the job within timely manner I am so happy with 3rd Rock plumbing and their workers and from the very first time that I used them, I will continue to use them for any of my plumbing problems their employees are so nice courteous respectful and friendly and I put all my faith and trust and them in this company. Today is June 9th 2023 and I am leaving another review for Jonah and Lloyd who came back today who came back today because Lloyd found a leak in my water line for my ice maker and he and Jonah fix that and also installed a new pressure gauge on my well because he didn't have the stuff to do it with yesterday these two young men are very hard workers courteous polite and just so much fun to be around thank you third Rock plumbing for having such a wonderful team that works so great together and does exactly what you need to have done I couldn't leave this as a separate review because I couldn't bring it up so I just added it to the one from yesterday these two young men and your company will be my go-to company whenever I have any type of plumbing problems that need to be fixed they are prompt and so courteous and respectful to an elderly person at my age of 71 I couldn't ask for better treatment than what these two young gentlemen gave me and a wonderful job that they have done. Jay and Clint promptly removed my dead water heater and installed an outdoor tankless water heater in no time! They were friendly and helpful and returned the next day to replace a dinosaur of a "PRV." 3rd Rock is my go-to plumber and I happily recommend them to others!

had a blocked kitchen sink. Michael came in an proceeded to eliminate the blockage and noticed that the pipe components, including the 'shank' that came from the sink drain to the pipes was not properly fitted. We had that replaced along with some new PVC pipes that had missing threads. Now the underneath part of the sink is working properly. Thank you, Michael. Good Job.
