Pat is a true artisan. She made pillows out of a stunning weaving that was delicate and hand made. She absolutely exceeded my expectations. She knew just how to approach the project and the pillows look like jewels. The pillows are exquisite. I am so grateful to her. No one could have done the job as well and her pricing was more than fair. Consider yourself lucky to have someone as kind, talented and professional doing your project. Personally I think her work is unequalled.

We had a great experience with Biltmore Upholstery. We had empty frames, no foam or existing cushion covers and Pat measured our frames and made cushions that fit absolutely perfectly. I had no experience with upholstery but she walked us through all the options, the price considerations and benefits/disadvantages of each. We also got quotes from several other places and they were not even close, some were more than 2x the price. Our cushions were even done over 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

We have a sofa our pup had chewed trying to get a toy that went under it. The sofa fabric was no longer available, but Pat came up with a working solution .... a different fabric that matched well and provided a subtle accent. She came to the house and repaired it by hand. She even showed me how to do one of the stitches she was using just in case I needed it some day. We are extremely happy with the results and value. If you hadn’t seen the sofa prior to the repair, you would never know.

We are so very happy with our “new” sofa and loveseat! Top notch craftsmanship at a fair price. Pat is a good listener and truly cares about what the customer wants. Our sofa and loveseat were 24 year old quality pieces that had already been re-upholstered (very poorly) once. Pat’s expertise and workmanship updated these pieces to today’s styling in addition to re-tying the springs. Can’t say enough about the quality of her work! Wow! My two sofas were delivered today and I am so impressed with Pat's work. We paid top dollar for these sofas 4 years ago and had been poorly advised on the original material thus the need to do something to bring them back to life. From my initial conversation with Pat I knew that we were in good hands. She answered all of my questions over the phone and helped guide me through the process. I ordered 34 yards of 40,000 double rub fabric and hoped for the best. Two weeks after picking the sofas up from our house she and her crew delivered the freshly reupholstered items today. I love them! I am happier with these than I was with the original sofas. We added tack heads and she added piping and they have taken on a whole new look. Much classier. I highly recommend Biltmore Upholstery!

I had a great experience. I have some outdoor chairs that needed some re-stitching done. Pat was very helpful and did it while I waited. She charged me less than I expected to pay, so I paid her a little extra. It is hard to find businesses who are so responsive and helpful. We even discussed how to replace portions of the aged fabric the next time it fails. I will defiantly go back to have her do the work.

Sometimes a piece of furniture is more than wood and fabric. It is one of the last possessions left to you of your Mom. So it was that my sister and I began research to select a good upholstery service to restore my Mom's chairs. Having lived in Asheville since 1999, I had more than a few fellow business owners to poll. Many recommended Pat Moss and Biltmore Upholstery. These chairs had such an emotional component attached to them- with my sister in tow, I made a site visit to Biltmore Upholstery. We met Pat Moss, explained the importance of these chairs, viewed some of her previous work & brought Mom's chairs to her store. They were a challenging design due to the segmented back construction which also further complicated the fabric match. The chairs were delivered today. The work is flawless, no corners cut and the results are all we hoped for and more. Pat is a perfectionist dedicated to excellence in her craft. That is a rare quality these days. I recommend her work without reservation. Not one doubt-You'll be pleased.

I have used Biltmore Upholstery for several projects including reupholstering my heirloom dining room chairs and more recently my favorite sofa and two Lazy Boy chairs. Pat and her team took a perfect mid century modern frame, suggested the perfect fabric and upholstered it to perfection! They take incredible pride in their work. Very disappointed in the service we had. Dropped off needed fabric an foam in May and after MANY delays have just received the outside cushion. It looks ok but too cold to put it out on the deck to see how it sits. Will think long before using them again.
