New management is wonderful and easy to communicate with, storage unit was clean, affordable and as described, and the overall facility has really taken a turn for the better.

The gate wouldn't open and let us out

Was given a unit smaller than advertised (and smaller than I paid for) due to the office taking up an inner chunk of my storage space.
First time I take my belongings to store them in my newly rented unit, I was harassed by HPD and threatened with trespassing charges if I did not share the entry code to the gate.
Also, for about 10 days the gated entrance to the property was "stuck" open, providing no security for myself and significantly less security for my property being stored at this location.
