The service was excellent. Kudos to Maddie, she took care of our table, best service in town. Thank you Maddie! Now for the food, it was the best I've had in a while. Mexican street corn, Berria tacos and fajitas. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.

Love this place! We had Maddie as our server and she was wonderful. Everyone there went way above and beyond for us. The manager put on Frozen for our kids to watch on the big screen and Maddie was so thoughtful and kind with our kids. You can't find service like this hardly anywhere now days and it's just sad so this was truly refreshing. We will most definitely be repeat customers! The food was great! The queso wasn't all watery like all of the other Mexican restaurants around and the quality of chips and tortillas and entrees was top notch. So glad to have found this place! The tacos were good, steak fajitas were good and kids entrees were big portions. To sum it up, great food, wonderful service and awesome environment! Check it out

I've ate at Mas Amor a fair share and can say that the Fajitas are by far my favorite. The tortillas are so fresh and really make the Fajitas better than I've gotten anywhere else. The Birria tacos and the Chicken Suiza Enchilada are also two of my other favorite dishes. Super fun atmosphere and love the outside seating when it feels nice outside! Great for date nights or even going out with friends. Prices are high but that's to be expected for a cantina.

Truly an amazing dinner, the food was delicious, we also had the queso and the guacamole and it was fresh, the Birria tacos were also delicious! 10/10

First time here! We had a reservation and sat on patio. Atmosphere was wonderful and festive. Our server, Reva, was very helpful with our food selection and drink recommendations. Shawn, the manager, came out to check on us several times. We were celebrating a birthday and our experience was phenomenal. Food was absolutely authentic and seasoned just right. I had classic birria tacos and he steak fajitas. The queso and chips appetizer, and I must say this was best queso ever. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Mas Amor is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in a long time and probably the best Mexican food ever. I got the veg fajita and what an amazing taste it had. The chips and dips where very fresh and having three options of sauces were great. The staff were all very friendly and our waitress Mia did an outstanding job of making sure we didn't run out of anything. The cocktails were spot on and tasted wonderful. If you are in Hickory NC this is a must place to visit.

This is a special gem in Hickory! Food was fantastic...huge portions. We loved the atmosphere as well. Only suggestion from me would be to turn down the live music. It was a nice touch for a Friday night but you couldn't hear each other at the table and the servers had a hard time hearing orders etc.

Literally the most aesthetically pleasing and fantastic food in town. The service is amazing, the kitchen staff is fantastic, and the general manager is so sweet! Love love love this amazing restaurant. These people, even if they have a moment of down time, are constantly cleaning and making this place spectacular! This Tex-Mex restaurant is full of bright colors and brings a fun vibe to the Hickory Metro. We highly recommend making a reservation if you want to get a seat. They tend to stay busy. The food is incredible, but the margaritas are what keep us coming back!

Fantastic meal. Food is great, atmosphere is light and very loud. Hard to have conversation. I had the 3 tacos- El Pastor, brisket (can't think of correct name) and Americano with a side of plantains. Fantastic!! Had Tres Leche Cake for dessert. I was totally stuffed and it was great!!!

We went on a Thursday and took advantage of the taco buffet .. The brisket and pork carnitas was amazing .. our waiter David M Anderson was amazing .. it was so very busy but he was on point and kept our drinks flowing .. he is such an asset to their establishment!! I loved it. My wife loved it. Mas Amor is fun, lively and new restaurant in Hickory. The ambiance is low key, casual, comfortable and just a little on the hip side. Mas Amor is bringing the outside in with the decor and style. Very well lit with plenty of space between tables; you don't feel crammed or packed in - very comfortably arranged.
Staff is incredible, very attentive and aware of their customers. They are buzzing all about the place moving and grooving, taking care of customers. Even staff that are customer forward facing are kind, saying hello and asking how service is going. I appreciate the coordinating uniforms for staff - this is nice because it makes the whole presence look professional and put together. It lays out leaderships expectations. (Even if it's black jeans and black Mas Amor shirts...it's still very professional). We knew exactly who was staff and who wasn't. Chefs were talking to cooks, talking to wait staff, talking to servers...uniquely in sync.
Food was a grand slam. Really damn good. Uniquely flavored, with non-traditional dishes and/or toppings. Crispy, juicy, bright and flavorful vegetables. The Diablo shrimp tacos were incredible. Loved the bacon chunks...this was a new thing for me. Pinto beans with onion - fantastic. Lovely. The chips and salsa are very good too. I love the different choices from a green verde, medium red and a habenaro. I enjoyed the habenaro the most. But the others were just as flavorful. The cantina chips...I could have just had this for my meal. So good. The horchata alcohol drink...perfectly made. Amd we topped it off with tres leche. Get outta here. Soft, yet dense cake doused in tres leche....but not very sweet. It was balanced.

Best pancakes I’ve had in my life (excuse the sloppiness of the picture, I had already begun eating!). I NEVER get pancakes out because I am so picky about my pancakes. But when I heard they had house made syrup I HAD to try them and I am so glad I did. I will definitely be coming back for my next brunch craving. Service was great, and food came out quick.

Perfectly cooked quality meats led to what may be the best plate of fajitas I've ever had anywhere in the country. A great meal was accompanied by creative cocktails, salsas with flavor and flair with smiling engaged staff delivering great service all in a bright open airy dining area. All I can say is WOW! Nicely done, and only open for about a month. These folks know what they're doing.

The only way this joint could be better is if it were open for lunch too!

Great food! First time here and definitely would come back. I got the steak and chicken fajitas. Love the chard and smoky taste of the dish. Sides were the perfect amount. One negative would be the tortillas, not traditional tortillas and not a big fan of flour tortillas, but it’s was good.

We had the Fajitas for Two with Pork, Shrimp, Steak and Chicken. It was Awesome. The Margherita's were OK. Loved the atmosphere and food❣

We ate at Mas Amor last night. Our waiter was William C. (According to the receipt). I would like to commend him on his patient and helpful serving. Our friend has dietary restrictions and he worked with her (and the chef) to find the most suitable dinner for her. He did not act like we were wasting his time. He was pleasant and checked on us several times to make sure everything was good. This was very much appreciated!
