I live in Knoxville but work in Asheville. I was out of my normal supplement that I buy at my local store in Knoxville. I went to BedTyme Stories in Asheville and the 2 people working last night helped me find something similar that was just as good. Great customer service.

Had a brief visit here and clerk was very nice and helpful. Did not make a purchase and will do soon. The guy seemed really welcoming and took customer service seriously. I was sad not to find a calendar and the clerk explained why.

I was so embarrassed to go into the store alone. But when I asked for help almost immediately, the staff member showed me around. Then left me to browse. Only coming back to help when I had, questions. She even brought me a coupon for 20% off of one a single item.
