The customer service at the State Farm office in Fletcher is excellent. I was having a problem with an insurance claim and Tannon stepped in and handled the problem right away. He was professional, caring, quick to respond to the problem, and followed up until it was handled. It is nice to know you can walk into an office and get someone who truly cares and wants to help you.

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review on Tabitha Hamlin's State farm insurance agency. I was having some difficulty with settling a claim through my mortgage company and Amy Tabitha's office manager stepped in took care of the paperwork and got everything going again. I can't thank her enough for being professional and courteous and for helping me out. It's not easy finding a company who is willing to go the extra step for their clients but I believe that Tabitha's office and her staff will go the extra mile for you thank you.

We’ve been State Farm customers for. 36 years. Tabatha Hamlin is by far the most attentive agent we’ve had. She has spent a lot of time helping us.
