Bryce was refused alcohol service several times and asked not to return because he always drove to the store drunk. When asked to leave and never come back he got offended and left a bad review. I guess standing up against drunk drivers is a mental issue. So be it.

Always a stop I like to make in the morning. Most of the time for lunch also. Great pizza

One stop shop for snacks and gas. Cool staff. The manager in the morning is a firecracker, and the big redhead cashier is sexy.

Fast to get in and out. Beware of school 🚸 times. 7:00am / 3:00pm any other time is quick and great place for coffee & biscuit, beer and chips.

Excellent Variety Store and home of Keiffers Sub Shop. Great prices on Gas, cigs, snacks, and gifts. They have a good car wash and the Cane Creek Automotive Repair Center is in the same building (good and honest owner/mechanic).

Keiffer's Sub Shop is the best sandwich shop in Fletcher NC, or the entire Asheville area for that matter, and an excellent place to eat lunch.

Keiffer's serves hot and cold subs of much better quality than Subway, Firehouse Subs, or even Panera Bread. Tell Chef Keith that Shane sent you!

The cashier with red hair and black aviator style sunglasses is unprofessional, rude, antagonistic and appears to have mental health issues. I am 100% sure his mannerism is hurting the bottom line revenue of this convenience store and gas station. He makes it a miserable experience and it’s no longer convenient. He’s creepy.
It wasn’t just a bad day.

I think the owner needs to know about it, and will.

We shopped there for years! Friendly respectful employees until this week 9/17/21
I asked the owner if I could drop off little fliers with a few site addresses I showed him and he said ok!
This thin young man with a hat mask and gloves a bit paranoid if you ask me! As I kwalked in told him owner gave me the ok! He told me the 1st time absolutely not, "I said what you got against info for heath?"Told me to get out wouldn't serve me!
I called manager explained it and even spoke with owner again he said again it's ok!
2nd time He said not while he was there then told me to get out! He said something about lizard people that he was one! Not sure what he meant he is mentally imbalanced shouldn't be dealing with the public!
Went to another gas station filled my tank!
Manager didn't take care of the problem!
When I called to find out when manager will be in, he hung up on me!
So this once friendly store is no more, when this mentally imbalanced young man is working on Fri!
He didn't like the info and believes Censorship is good and that he is a lizard be careful!

I had a bad experience with the cashier.
My card wouldn't scan and she was so rude telling me to call the bank with the worst attitude. She kicked me out the store.... way to loose customers, specially since I been buying $160 worth of diesel every week.
Terrible Customer service!

I use to like to stop here but the lady behind the counter is very nasty got mad at me for putting hot sauce on pizza what a rude lady the owner was there and he has plenty of business from other people so me not coming there anymore will not affect his wallet to bad I liked the food

I would give 0 if I could. The lovely woman that owns the store or whatever refused my online cigarette coupon saying it won’t work because she has to send in the coupon to get the money which is a total lie and now she has $3 extra automatically because I chose to use it at her store. She refused to try it manually, now I can’t get cigarettes at all today and I will definitely never be returning to this store. She should learn some customer service skills.
