Go Store It Self Storage

I've never really been a person compelled to write a review. It takes a very special experience. And with Bryan at Go Store It I felt a renewed level of customer service. I had a very complicated moving situation and with ease, he reduced all of the stress and road blocks that I had been running into with other storage companies. I was so thrilled to have spoken with Bryan, he continuously has made a generous effort, including recommending qualified people to help me move into the unit. He has an authentic kindness, a quality that I have not experienced in customer service in a long time. He truly wants to make sure his customers get what they need and accommodate them as much as he can. Not only that, but the storage site and unit is well taken care of. With ample light and security I feel my things are safe. It would take less than a second for me to encourage someone to call Bryan for the best possible storage solution in Asheville.

The facility on Mills Gap Road in Asheville was very clean and easy to access. The communication they had with me on a monthly basis was top notch and very professional.

Bryan, the manager, made my rental seamless. I am in the middle of a long-distance relocation and there are a lot of moving parts. Having his help to make my short-term rental easy to execute was so valuable. He reached out personally and is easy to contact for questions and direction. The facility is clean and safe. OK where can I start I’ve left one review as I’ve had my storage unit actually several different ones throughout the last year with this specific facility Burton Street I first had the pleasure of dealing with David and he was wonderful since then I’ve worked with Austin and Jacob both at the Burton Street facility any problems I might have had they fixed instantly they were all super helpful and just really good people I don’t know where else you would go to store your things it’s in the Asheville area Go talk to Jacob or Austin they’re great

My husband and I went to Go Store It to look at a storage unit. The place was nice, clean and had wonderful smiling faces when we entered. Scotty and Beth were so incredibly nice and professional. They truly made the experience easy and enjoyable believe if or not. Would suggest to friends and family!

I have been with this particular storage center for more then 10 years. Over the last year or so, the management has changed...but it continues to deliver great service, friendly and helpful people, and their rates are some of the best in the county. If you need a storage solution that only extra space can provide, call them. You can be sure your "stuff" is secure and the people you will deal with are straight forward, accommodating, and friendly.

We enjoyed the opportunity to store at Go Store on Mills Gap! Scottie and Beth were wonderful people to work with and meet! The kids had a great time also! Props to you ladies!!!! Keep up the good work!

I've been storing at Go Store It for several months. The units are climate controlled, clean and well lit. The staff is wonderful. Always helpful and customer focused. Very pleased with the company and the service.
