I absolutely love my furniture that I purchased here! I was very apprehensive about ordering furniture without seeing it first, but when it came in, it was very elegant and beautiful! The manager Justin and salesman Joey both were very helpful and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Even the delivery guys took great care and pride with their job and came exactly when they said they would. I will 100% use them again!

We have fully furnished two vacation rentals in the past couple months with all the furniture bought at CFC. In-store service was excellent. We received bundled deals both times we couldn’t have gotten anywhere else for the same quality of furniture. Everything we’ve gotten is well built and comfortable. Delivery was on time and the delivery crew professional and very careful bringing items inside. We’ll definitely be back for future furniture needs.

I had the most outstanding experience at Carolina Furniture Concepts yesterday. I was greeted by Amy when I arrived and she was amazingly helpful in picking out a furniture set that more than met my budget needs. I was working with a budget from my organization to help a family in need quickly - her love and caring shone through in making it all come together. Selections were made easily and the furniture will be delivered tomorrow - wow! All the floor staff were friendly and helpful, even insisting on helping me to my car with smaller items!

I went to Carolina Furniture Concepts in search of a sofa. Joe Cole, my sales representative, greeted me when I came in. He asked if he could help me and I told him I was looking for sofas but needed to browse the whole showroom. I hadn’t purchased a sofa in nearly 30 years. He was not a pushy sales person and encouraged me to take whatever time I needed. Periodically, he would check to see how I was doing in my search. Since I was conscious of cost, he worked with his manager to get me a really nice price on a high quality, beautiful leather power recliner sofa with power headrests and lumbar support. I couldn’t be more pleased and look forward to using it.

Carol and Sushant were easy to work with, answered all of our questions and gave us multiple quotes. We have been searching for new living room furniture for weeks and they made the process easy and painless. So grateful and happy with our choices!
