The UPS Store

I have used this store, mostly for Amazon returns, for several years and in my experience, it is one of the better UPS Store locations. Only once did I ever have a bad experience with a sour young man that didn't know how to treat customers. Other than that, staff is normally very pleasant and efficient.

Very nice people working here. Offered me the use of their hand truck when they saw how much I was carrying. A far better experience than the store on Long Shoals.

I just wanted to thank you for taking care of my mom, calling me, and following your hutch that something wasn’t right. May God bless you abundantly for caring for others!

UPS to the rescue for me as I was packing to move and my car just full and my pillows ended up being the thing that had to be shipped last minute. The store was gracious and kind to handle all 6 of my pillows of various materials and sizes due to my yoga background. They all arrived packaged like fine china! I was was very impressed with the solid and complete packing the store did. I feel so taken care of. Much love and gratitude to the store staff that solved my problem in the 11th hour for me. It never slowed me down on my journey. They even arrived two days before Christmas which I was never expecting that nice surprise. Thank you!!!

All my shipping needs are done at this location… convenient and friendly

My wife and I were in the store today and worked with Matthew. We very much appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness relative to our shipping needs and concerns about there safekeeping and shipping. He did a terrific job. We're sure that you are already aware of the qualities of his efforts and work.

I stopped by The UPS store, not expecting more than to mail a few gifts. Instead, to my complete surprise, I was greeted by THE FRIENDLIEST person I’ve ever met. I have worked in customer service for years, and I know the stress the holiday season can bring, let alone in a pandemic. Christina had such a beautiful outlook, and when I asked her how she was doing, I could tell she meant it when she said “amazing”. Her positivity truly changed my day.

Mathew was EXTREMELY helpful. At home I was creating a mailing label. I didn't save the code I needed for the label. After 47 minutes on the phone with UPS customer service, I was disconnected. It was very stressful. But fortunately Mathew took just a few minutes to resolve the issue . Wish everyone could be as helpful as Mathew.

Wes is the man!!! Due to time constraints, I had to bring a large amount of returns to UPS right before close and he helped me out with absolute politeness and efficiency. Every business needs more employees like Wes. Give this man a raise!

Wow! Customer service galore at this place. I ended up here for some basic printing needs after Office Max across the street was incapable of handling simple prints (long story). Rob made getting my prints not only painless, but also saved me a considerable amount of money and i got a better quality stock. In addition, the entire staff chimed in and was incredibly helpful for other printing questions i had. I am honestly amazed with how competent, helpful and enthusiastic this entire crew is. Kudos to you UPS store #5644!

Yesterday, Friday, 15th of October 2021, I went to this location for help with the project I am working on the produce my son's music CD with his original art. Mathew Mobaric and his boss, Ryan McDonald, were not only helpful and knowledgeable in the assistance, but friendly and warm and kind to me. The atmosphere was one of inclusion rather than impatience and or an attitude of 'look lady, I'm doing you a favor." I used to go to another UPS local, but have decided this is my new go-to store! Everyone here is more than helpful! I regularly ship packages to a variety of places across the nation for work, and they always take care of me. One time, I needed to track a package while I was traveling (I did not have the tracking number with me). They found the tracking number, and were able to locate the package. They are extremely professional, and I wouldn't use anyone else to take care of my shipping needs.

Went to UPS to ship an extremely large item. Ryan saved the day and made it happen. Such an Easy going process. I cant thank him enough for helping me out and making it happen! Thanks again Ryan for making things so smooth!

Amazing service and staff at this store. I truly had no idea what I was doing, but employees Ryan and Kyle helped my mother and me with an important shipment! The whole process was very simple with their help was excellent. Will definitely return to this store for the great service.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with the folks at UPS. Haven’t met anyone at this particular location who isn’t great. Ryan was awesome and helped me get several errands knocked out at once.. give this man a raise!

I shop online a lot which also means sometimes I have to make returns a lot. This store is always great and makes everything so easy. Always so friendly and patient. It’s not even the closest one to my house but I don’t mind the extra drive because it’s worth it!

I always come to this ups store and they are always so pleasant to work with. Today I came across Matt and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just all around great to be attended by.

I love the ups on airport rd. I’ve been coming to this ups for years and they’re always so helpful and my needs are always fulfilled. Mathew was of great help today! Alhamdulilah for Mathews assistance today.

Ryan is the best print manager in the 828. I've worked with Printville and most other UPS Stores in Asheville and Hendersonville, but Ryan is by far the best I've worked with. If you need to print or design anything, call this store and ask for Ryan
