I love this bank/credit union, this branch specifically! Everyone is so kind, hospitable and helpful! Getting accounts for us and our three children set up with so easy. The building and parking area are clean and well-maintained. Service in the drive-thru is efficient as well. I wish they had more branches in the area, specifically the Arden/Airport Road area. I am very happy to be a customer here.

James and Tiffany were very easy to work with. Very prompt with requesting documents and we were able to close on our vacant lot loan quickly. Overall great experience.

It's a great location, and their rates are impressive.

I have a history of avoiding going to the "bank" as the atmosphere was not friendly. NOT SO with the Fletcher United Federal Credit Union branch. Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly and helpful. There's always coffee or hot chocolate available and occasionally cake! Can't beat that. Kudos to the awesome staff of the Fletcher UFCU, I now go into the branch even though I could make deposits from my phone!!!

Went in about getting house loans(first time buyer) and they were very helpful and sent us to Darrell about getting a credit card to help start our credit. Almost Want to leave wells fargo and start banking here.

The branch manager, Lori Longcoy, at the Fletcher NC location is simply wonderful. So caring, and will go out of her way to help you out of a difficult situation. Highly re on end.

I've been banking here for just shy of a year both personally and for my business. My experience has been great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Opened an account at this location last year and the staff was friendly. I go to make deposits and it's always quick and very clean. My only complaint is the driveway opening is terrible you need to go very slow over it.
