I am a new patient here and had such a wonderful experience. The front desk staff are amazing- Benjamin is so kind and hilarious. Amber was truly the best cleaning I’ve had- she was so gentle and attentive, and walked me through everything she was doing. She was also very kind and personable-my appointment went by super quick! Dr Demidova is also incredibly kind and clearly knowledgeable. She took her time with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. Thanks y’all!

My front tooth crown popped off, and I saw another dentist prior to coming here and didn't get good treatment at the other place.
Benjamin (office manager) at the front desk took me in for an emergency appointment and took the time to really care about my situation. Dr. Demidova was very gentle considering my severe dental anxiety and took the time to clearly explain all of my options since having my crown glued back on wasn't one. Sara (hygienist) was patient with me as well.
I left feeling better and have a clear understanding of the steps going forward.
It's worth the drive for me to see such a kind, caring, professional group of people.

Today was my first appointment at Fletcher Family Dentistry and it was absolutely great from start to finish. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional and caring. I’ve been going to Fletcher Family Dentistry for many years and have always been pleased. Today was a cleaning and X-rays. Amber did a great job with the cleaning and Benjamin is the best! He works so hard to get me an appointment when it works best for me and is always so accommodating. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

This is by far the best Dental Practice that I’ve been to! My hygienist, Tracey was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Demidova made me feel comfortable and at ease. Benjamin at the front desk was very informative! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!

Highly recommend this dental office as have been going here for over 15 years. The staff are wonderful and the dentists are kind and very efficient. No over charging and they accept many dental insurance plans. I feel welcomed when I come to the dentist and everyone knows …no one likes going to the dentist!
