Furniture Fair

I visited furniture Fair at the time when they had their clearance sale this year 2024 and spoke to young lady named Lissette. She was very good at showing me different beds within the price range that I mentioned and also compared to what I had seen online. She gave me plenty of time to lay on the beds and make up my mind. I would definitely visit furniture fair in the future.

My fiancé and I have been talking about upgrading to a King mattress. Furniture Fair offered a 60 month interest free financing and it was a no brainer for us. We went there and spoke to the salesman and he was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best mattress for us. It'll be delivered in a week and we couldn't be more excited

Ordered a new bedroom set from Furniture Fair and John Milligan was our sales person. Very professional and a pleasure to work with through the whole process. The delivery came early and they set it all up for us. Top of the line service. Best experience we have ever had with a furniture store!!!

I recently got a recliner. It was exactly what I wanted. I've been there 4 times and lissete knew what I wanted. I didn't have to walk around and look. I've furnished mt entire home with furniture from furniture fair. I couldn't be happier. Lissette was friendly on a jolly mood. I will continue shopping there as long as lissette is there.

I would like to tell anyone who needs beautiful furniture we bought this set sectional, cocktail table and two end tables we love it so much! The finance manager Angel was a huge play in this order as he personally came to our home and even helped us move some furniture that was in this place with a couple other guys to the den area and we would like to sincerely thank him and the other staff members including Cee-Cee in Rocky Mounting for everything they’ve done to make things happen for us! Angel I would highly recommend him as a finance manager to anyone! Thanks again so much Angel from me and Melissa for everything you’ve done to make things happen for us this includes all the other furniture we’ve bought as well.

I had a great experience at Furniture Fair. My salesman Joe (Retired Marine) was knowledgeable and patient. He left us alone when we needed and was right there when we needed. He didn't try to talk me into the expensive stuff (too many times). The furniture was also really reasonably priced and it looked great. I've got my fingers crossed regarding the quality (only time will tell). All in all, I had a great experience. If you go to Furniture Fair, ask for Joe!!!

My wife and I spent nearly all afternoon trying to find a sleeper sofa that we like that we also didn't have to wait potentially months to be delivered. We headed over to Furniture Fair feeling dejected. Furniture Fair had an amazing selection, and we're willing to sell the display if they didn't have the couch we wanted in their warehouse. Their prices were fair and John was more than helpful. Highly recommend.

Furniture Fair helped me even though they didn’t have too. Mr. Milligan helped me look for an older piece of furniture that Furniture Fair no longer stocks and once he found out, he and his associates went out of their way to help me find someone at another store who may be able to order the item I am looking for. Excellent customer service and it didn’t even benefit them financially.

What a great experience shopping for a mattress. They had a large selection of top quality mattresses to choose from. Reggie Whaley made the whole process easy and with no pressure, as I was given all the time I needed to lay around, literally. Thank you Reggie for your help. I love my mattress.

I went into this establishment w/ out any furniture at all for the apartment I was moving into. By the time I left I had found everything I 'needed' at the time for more than a fair price. It was my first time tackling the challenges of furnishing my own place, so I of course was hesitant at times on if I was getting a good price at the quality I wanted. After reaching out to consort w/ those close to me & knowledgeable on the matter, they all reassured me that it was a solid decision based off the deal I had. I have to Thank the associate who I was referred to & who took care of me every step of the way, Mr. John Milligan. There was a lot of patience & understanding from him in assisting me towards everything that I inquired about or showed interest in. He was very thorough & went the extra mile to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible for what I wanted. Excellent Customer Service! I would definitely recommend checking them out for any of your furnishing needs. I will definitely be back to visit in the near future. Ask for John!

I really appreciate sales people who aren't pushy. Our 2 sales people gave us information and allowed us the time to decide. We got a beautiful leather love seat for a great price. The store is willing to hold our furniture in their warehouse until we can have it delivered. We had a very good experience.

I wanted to acknowledge a wonderful sales lady by the name of Ninette at the Bell Fork store, who was absolutely amazing and who made me and my wife feel just like family. It is rare that someone could make me feel as good as she did even after departing with my hard earned money. She is a fantastic person and a lovely human being. We were truly blessed to have had her as our sales person. I look forward to seeing her again and you can rest assure, that she will be the first person we ask for at our next visit and purchase. A REAL TREAT!

Excellent display and tons of choices on sofas, bedroom sets and tables.

We decided to visit Furniture Fair after having to cancel our order for a new couch at an online retailer because of a 4 month long back order. We chose to look here first because they have a warehouse so we figured it was our best chance of finding something in stock/ready for pickup, but we kept our expectations low as most furniture stores are in the same boat with their supply during the pandemic. Immediately upon entering the store, we were approached by Melanie who simply introduced herself and told us to find her if/when we needed anything and we were left alone as we browsed the store. We found the couch we wanted in the very last section of the store, went and found Melanie, she checked the stock, they had it and we completed our sale. We got a great piece of furniture at a really great price (they were having a 20% off sale) and we couldn’t be happier about that, but the reason our experience was so pleasant is hands down because of Melanie. She was so personable and helpful, far from the stereotypical pushy salesperson, and she made an effort to get to know our family and our needs. She was so kind to our young children that wanted to be anywhere other than strapped in a stroller in a furniture store and even gave them bags of animal crackers on the way out. Since we purchased our couch, we’ve had to contact the store 2 times for assistance/questions (no fault to the store or Melanie) and she was so helpful and patient both times. She remembered us, specifically what we purchased, and resolved our issues in a matter of minutes. Having a local business and real person, particularly someone like her as a point of contact when making a big purchase was an unexpected silver lining of having to change our plans. Next time we need furniture, she will be the first person we’ll be contacting. If you’re in the market for something definitely check Furniture Fair out and ask for Melanie!
