There was a mix up with my bill but Shawn and the property manager Samantha were very understanding and helpful. And they got our situation solved very quickly. Both of them were very nice about it.

On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, I went to the SROA Office at 1230 Gum Branch Rd, Jacksonville, NC to pay my storage bill. Samantha accepted payment. Her pleasant manner was welcome. She is the "face" of SROA; the company is fortunate.

I couldn't find my gate code this morning which was stressful. The employee Shawn helped me by not only getting me the code but walked outside to test it to ensure it was correct! Great customer service 🖤🌿

Sharon was a great help at setting up my unit. The obstacles my daughter and I encountered the past week were more than enough to handle. The polite, professional and stellar customer service Sharon was able to provide made everything seem so less stressful! Thank you Iron Guard Storage for having such great and caring staff!!

This review is about a month overdue but accurate none-the-less. The two ladies that helped me were by far two of the best individuals I have dealt with in recent times. They treated me like a friend and customer and not just another "transaction", person returning a truck or individual needing a storage space. Most the times it is usually "what you see is what you get" and I have rented from a few facilities in this area. Most the time that is the case but with Iron Guard I got a lot better care and service than I paid for both here and compared to other facilities as well. I don't feel the need to share the details of my rental experience with them because regardless of my rental, equipment return or other business; I believe that their demeanor, customer service and overall desire to provide great care to each customer is the same regardless of the details of each individual situation. However, I do believe they look at you as just that; an individual person and situation. They will do what they can to accommodate your needs based on your situation; not what "most" people that come in there get. We have used this location for various truck rentals and recently got 2 storage units. Prices were the best, clean facility. I love the security and friendliness of the staff. It's not open 24hrs but that was not a problem for us. Definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future!

The office staff were all very polite and professional. They accommodated us on multiple occasions and provided very clean and easy to access units. The only con we have to this location/facility is the limited parking for guests/customers. The staff has no control over this, but just our input to hopefully assist them in getting approval to expand for more parking. Thank you!

Heidi was great at helping me get down to a something I can afford. Being disabled and not being able to work this was extremely helpful and very considerate of Iron Guard Storage to look after people that can't always get by on a limited income.

Financially we all have struggles from time to time, or sometimes forget about bills. I'm in process of hearing results from a medical evaluation board and decided that placing belongings in storage and stacking BAH was a good idea. With all I had going on my wife and I forgot to make payments and were 2 months behind. Iron Gaurd reached out to us and worked with us to get payments arranged to where we could breath easy. THANK YOU IRON GUARD most storage units would have taken my belongings which was worth thousands. In comparison to the couple hundred I owed, Iron Guard's staff made sure they looked out to my best interest, and that's above and beyond customer satisfaction that will forever keep me loyal to this storage facility.

This is our 2nd storage unit we had to get and I love this place , they're friendly , professional, and answered all my questions! Best storage around !
