From the time we got to the lot everything went great. Ken was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. He had no problem with us taking the vehicle to our mechanic down the road during our test drive.
This was the first car my son purchased and Ken went out of his way to answer all the questions we had and help find the best financing options. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable salesman and easy transaction.

I’ve had bad experiences with pushy salesmen trying to get me to buy cars I didn’t really want. Unlike them, Ken at Globe Auto Sales was patient, answered all my questions, let me check out the car as long as I wanted. Just purchased my second vehicle from Kenny and the boys over at Globe Auto, and I couldn't have been done any better. Let me put it this way... Globe Auto Sales helped me (no warranty) when Chevy/GM would not even honor THEIR OWN recalls. That really sucked because I loved my truck. In today's economy, mark ups, shortages, demand, it's flat out hard to find a Car/Truck/SUV/Etc with low miles, unless it's new or comes with a crazy price tag. I owe a huge thank you to Kenny and the rest of the team over at Globe Auto Sales for helping me out when I needed it the most. Kenny made sure I had a few days, no contracts, credit apps, notta, until I said "yeah, this is me." J.B. is the man when it comes to the paper work!! Seriously, makes it feel effortless and gets it done quick, because no one likes the closing part!! He literally stayed late the night before I signed getting all of the paperwork done so that my wife and I literally had to be there 20 minutes the next day. Also was able to get me an amazing interest rate and that meant a lot at such short notice. Now let's talk about their detailing technician. Wow, just wow. Daryl is AMAZING!!! I plan on having monthly visits just to have him detail my new Escape. He is hands down one of the best that there is. Definitely the best detailer that Globe auto has ever had, and that's saying a lot. He makes sure any and every little imperfection is gone within his power and the vehicle's always come out so nice. Want to make sure I call him out on here as well, because in this world, you are only as good as your support, and Kenny has a good team behind him over there. I mean these guys are awesome. The process was super smooth and very easy. They picked me up from the airport and everything. The dealership only consists of the best luxury cars on the market for such a great price. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. I want to thank the group at Glode Auto sales. I went in looking to trade in my vehicle because the miles were high and had an amazing experience overall. I was in and out and got the vehicle I wanted from the start and they made sure they worked it out for me leave in an amazing car. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great vehicle. When buying used cars they always come as is so I personally would recommend you to get the best warranty for you. I left with the factory like warranty with bumper to plumber. Way to go team for great customer service.

Awesome customer service from Donnie went in for a specific truck unfortunately left with out it couldn't get it approved for a loan due to miles on the truck was told I could of gotten anything else on the lot. Get a call 2 days later from Donnie asking if I was still interested in the truck that he was able to find a company to approve the loan. Wound up with the truck can say for sure I won't be going anywhere else besides there when I go looking for another vehicle.
