Panera Bread

Rather large restaurant and probably the largest Panera location I’ve seen. Service was friendly. The bathrooms, however, needed a good cleaning. I’m not sure what was going on in the bathrooms, but they definitely needed attention.

For the first day, the food was fresh and the service was awesome. No opening day panic. Everything worked smoothly.

Believe it or not, this is my first time having Panera...I ordered the Thai chicken soup and turkey avo BLT and it was delicious. I honestly didn't expect the soup to taste as great as it did but after the first spoonful I basically drank it from the bowl 😆

I had Panera’s breakfast for the first time and it was delicioussss ! I ordered the bacon , egg & cheese on ciabatta bread & the spinach soufflé . I have also been inside once on my lunch break and the girls are really nice . The dining room was clean as well . 10/10 !

Tonight was very nice. The Sandwich was made excellent and the soups were delicious. Customer service was on the spot. Thank you

It was sooo... good. I wanted soup so I ordered a bowl of soup and 1/2 sandwich. I didn't need the sandwich, so took it home. When I saw the size of the bowl I was in shock. The broccoli cheddar soup was Mmmm... and it was served hot unlike many restaurants, just how I like it. If you order a bowl of soup you really don't need anything else cuz they serve it with a baggett.

Ate bacon spinach soufflé two mornings in a row. Looks great, Tastes great, make the body feel great! Makes you look great as you carry it around! That great. That’s really great.

I've been coming here looking for someone from my childhood. I've searched everywhere for 2 years on social media and other means. There's the picture of the school we went to. This is my last resort. You can find me on facebook. Besides that, I have no complaints of this place. The staff has always been friendly to me.

This is the nicest Panera I've ever been to! It was very spacious. Plenty of outlets for charging up my devices since I'm on the road. I didn't eat anything, just ordered a drink. But EVERYONE I came into contact with was SO pleasant and lovely! Must be that southern hospitality I love so much. ❤

I love Panera period🥰! These are my favorite, they are so fresh, big, filled w blueberries, lemony sugar goodness!! I order 1 several times a week😋

My daughter ordered the pizza and what a treat. It was new york style thin crust that melted in your mouth. I was unaware a sandwich establishment could produce such a prize.

Despite of all the Karen's I usually see here on almost a weekly basis while on lunch. This Panera is doing an outstanding job keeping up 👍🤘🤘 the managers there are truly helpful and patient and quick to fixing any mistakes. The young beautiful lady with the colored hair is extremely polite so don't believe a word these impatient Karen's say.

Delicious bagels! I love all the food and beverage choices. They have a awesome variety of delicious food & beverages

The staff is friendly. The food is good, hot and freshly made. My only complaint is none of the tables were clean. Thankfully I carry my own wipes. We enjoyed our lunch.

Large group order, most other Panera locations are 30-45 minutes late, order was ready within 5 minutes of us walking in the door.

We had a big group, HUGE diverse order. They were kind and pleasant, and very organized. Only one very minor oversight, that was corrected quickly. They were awesome. Everyone was super friendly, though they very busy. Absolutely stellar service and food.

Just wanted to highlight good work when I see it. We come here often, as well as the Killian branch. It is usually pretty gross here. Floors need swept, tables need wiped down; usual stuff. Today I walked in and the place was clean, and it took me off guard. I was thinking, "Finally they hired someone to clean this place." Well, they happened to transferred the guy that kept the Killian branch nice, and that is why it was clean. I told him his hard work doesn't go unnoticed by customers, and I don't want it to go unnoticed by management. I suspect this place will be better maintained from here on out and be a more comfortable place to hang out.

One my favorite places to dine and have business meetings. The Creamy Tomato Soup was on point as always. Bread was outstanding!

I am a fan favorite of Panera on Harbison. They are always greeting me with the friendlies welcomes and departing with warm goodbyes! Their food is delicious, and finally i find a place that serves caffeinated juices for my busy day instead of the option of coffee. 5/5

Nice place to get a quick bite and a brew. Staff is happy and friendly and the Street Corn Chowder was very tasty. Great for working on a laptop in peace, too. Be aware that their power outlets can be somewhat janky and have low output (this doesn't detract from my review of the store itself).
