They should be shut down. They have stolen my referral fee that i was supposed to get from my own purchase on place. I was an agent of theirs for the last 2 years. They have since gone dark and neither Ron or Serena have said anything since.

If you are an agent, BEWARE. They have kept multiple commissions of mine. Note they were my broker for over 5 years, I finally had to change brokers and that is costly in addition to the money they owe me. They still owe me about $12,000 and have ghosted me for over a month now. Additionally, they will not guide you in anything, unless it pertains to getting fees paid to them.

This agency is a scam and fraudsters.
I operate an apartment community in houston. Their agent Austin Eggers got a hold of one of our applicants after they applied and tried to get him to come back to the office and change the application and use him as a referral so he could get a locator fee.
He has since harrased our staff and written false reviews. My next complaint is with the TREC..
Such a shame that these agents decide to ruin the locator industry reputation.

These people are scammers, do not give them your business.
