Service was awesome! We explained to Ms Lilly, what we were looking for and she got it right. She was very attentive and courteous. I’m glad we stopped by to see what you had to offer.

Mr Lee was excellent. I knew what I wanted and he showed me the different options. The transaction was seamless. He took my information and I was leaving in less than 30 minutes. I’m looking forward to the delivery this coming Friday. Everything worked extremely well. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Haverty’s. Allan helped us from start to finish with outstanding customer service and always was checking in with us. He was not at all pushy, just always available and ready to help when needed. So happy with our furniture and our overall experience!

We met Eric right away and he was helpful and gave us enough space to view all our options. He answered all our questions and made it easy. Never felt pressure and it was a great experience.

This store has a nice interior. The lady that waited on me did an excellent job. She kept me totally informed and assisted me well ; she did not pressure me to buy. She got me delivery in a timely manner, and called me at home regarding this delivery. She got me a "deal" on the recliner I wanted. She, and all of the rest of the staff I met were very friendly and professional.

I love Havertys. Most of my furniture has come from that store. I always tell Salespeople that I am going to browse and will find them when I have made my selections. Have never taken anything back and Kitty has always taken great care of us.

We had a very nice shopping experience with Pam. My husband and I were shopping for a small table with two chairs. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Pam helped us find the perfect set for our home. The set is stunning in our great room. Their furniture is very high quality and worth the price. After looking for a special piece of furniture for my mom and having visited five different furniture stores, Pam S. in Havertys Furniture found it for us. When I told her what I wanted, she immediately took me to the one piece I had been searching for. She was nice and very helpful.

Sterling is an excellent salesman! He's very knowledgeable, kind, funny, and helpful. We will definitely go back to that location again!

Beautiful showroom. Pam greeted us at the door and we told her what we were looking for and she took us right to it. Not only that but we bought the floor samples and got a better deal. No high pressure or anything like that; just a very helpful and nice person. Great experience.

Excellent we found the item on the website, and was told we could see it on display at our local store. We contacted the store, saw the item, decided to buy it. However there was one problem we were remodeling my man cave, and could not accept the item right away. No problem they work with us. Great store, excellent service.
