Mark johnson was a fantastic salesman ! 10/10 Experience thanks to him .If you need a salesman who is super knowledgeable down to earth, Patient, friendly ,as well as gives the best recommendations I recommend him highly! We bought quite a few furniture pieces from him today and he really helped us with making a decision and making sure we got exactly what we wanted ! He was very laid back and Will never pressure you into buying anything that you don’t want. He really takes the time to make sure that you get exactly what you want! He even told us what brands were the most popular and what was the most recommended for our needs ! This store has so many things to choose from is lovely inside and he gave us a tour of it all so we could find exactly what we were looking for ! We had a fantastic experience at Whit-Ash! Ying listened to what we wanted and provided great recommendations! We settled on a beautiful king bed. They called the day before to confirm the delivery period and called again the following day to let me know that the delivery team was on its way to my home. The set was very heavy and very carefully wrapped! They installed everything within 15 minutes and didn’t leave any trash! We are so happy with our purchase, highly recommend them, and will definitely buy from them again!

Awesome place for furniture shopping, the quality and consideration of the staff and the owner cannot be matched. I had damage to a table shortly after purchase and they repaired it so fast it was like it was never gone.

the real sleeper here though is their jewelry counter. You would not expect a furniture store to have jewelry at all, let alone such a unique and quality collection. This is not just your average department store stuff either, the run the gamut from fun and funky gift items to antique or estate jewelry. My engagement ring came from here and its unique and high quality left me floored. Whit and his staff know their stuff and tell you the truth about their products!

This is always the first place we go for furniture. Huge selection, no pressure sales people and good prices with 3 floors to choose from. We always check other places but, like this week, end up back here.

We have been getting furniture from them for over 10 years. We have shopped around in the past but they always have the better price and quality. Chris has been our salesman for all purchases and has never done us wrong. I am sure all the other staff is amazing but I can't speak for them. We really like the mattress they sell and the price beats any of the mattress stores.

Very helpful staff! They truly take the time to assist you and want to help you find exactly what you need/want. Very good quality products to choose from. Parking available off street and easy to get to. Clean and neat in appearance.

Whit ash has a surprisingly large amount of furniture: over 40,000 square feet apparently! Great selections from cheap to high quality. Our salesman Jim was a pleasure and helped recommend the set I ultimately ended up buying. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re in Columbia!

We had a very positive experience at Whit-Ash Furnishings. We were greeted at the door by a nice man named Brian. Brian took good care of us. He allowed us to look around for the items we needed and became available when we had questions. He checked his warehouse to see if two of the items we wanted were available and fortunately they were. Prices, especially today on sale, were very fair. We bought two end tables, a lovely leather chair with ottoman and a large impressive painting. The working associates could not have been nicer. Angie saw that I was using a cane and in some pain and she gave me a bottle of supplement capsules as a kindness. She said they helped her and she hoped that they would help me. There's lots to see at this store and many items on sale. I hope you have as much luck as we did.

This family owned business really knows how to take care of their customers. The furniture was top of the line and the prices you can't beat. I furnished my entire house from whit-Ash. The owners were great, talked to you as if they knew you for years and would do anything to help you out. The help I got from Aston was top of the line also Lillie. These women know their furniture, know how to treat people and are the reason I will keep coming back. Anyone in the area wanting furniture should come here. I will never go anywhere else. Anything you can imagine they can get even if it's not in the store, trust me I know. Thank you Mr. Whitney and the Whit-Ash staff for everything you have done. My husband purchased a recliner for my birthday (we always find what we need at Whit Ash) but they delivered wrong color. I called store to get it corrected and within 24 hours the correct chair was delivered and I’m sitting in it writing this review!! I’m about to celebrate my 76th birthday and can truthfully say since the 70’s Whit Ash has been my go to store for my furniture needs! Thank you to YING HALE for your expert help!

My engagement ring was purchased from here!! The ladies at the jewelry counter are amazing and went above and beyond to satisfy my wants and needs. They provided me with the best customer service of all of the places I looked around at. They answered every question I had, taught me what to look for in a ring, and let me try on all the rings I wanted to, along with giving me their honest opinions (which I asked for). Whit-Ash also has very affordable prices on their diamonds and offer financing if needed! 11/10 recommend you to go check them out! You WILL NOT be disappointed.

I had previously never used Whit- Ash before for our furniture. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received! Kay was our point of contact in the store and she is amazing! Jessica in delivery was very considerate and very polite! Mike and Dan were our delivery team. They were very respectful and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service! I was so pleased with this store!

We have been shopping at Whitash for over 2 decades. We try other places and never find what we want. We come to Whitash and it's there. Everyone we've worked with has been super helpful, but never pushy. Their eye for design is top notch, especially for those who just can't put things together well. I highly recommend Whitash for all your needs.

Located on Gervais street just down the street from the state house. There is ample free parking. The furniture store is well stocked and the sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Shaun was our sales person today. She very ably assisted us with our selections today, but when we mentioned that we were intrested in a couch and love seat in the near future she took a good deal of time to show us colors and that with the brand were interested we could build these items to our needs. Well done.

We ordered a bed from Rooms To Go and they told us it would be three months before delivery. We went to Whit-Ash and got a BETTER bed for less price and it was delivered in two weeks!! Our sales lady was so helpful and nice! Definitely buying furniture from there again!
