Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Cracker Barrel throughout Charlotte has not ever let me down when it came to the quality of food. Maybe once I've encountered poor service from a waitress, but overall 5 stars from me. Love a fireplace!!

Their Thanksgiving dinner special was very good. It was busy but not “line out the door” busy, considering it was Thanksgiving day. Food came out quickly once we ordered. Worth the trip to drive there.

I was in the area for a work trip and was craving breakfast for dinner. Cracker Barrel was right around the corner from my hotel and I'm glad I stopped by for take out. The pancakes were big and fresh, with crispy bacon, country ham, eggs n chz, and the hash brown casserole was amazing with bacon bits n melted chz on top. I would get that exact meal next time, highly recommended! 🥞🥓🍳🧀👌🏽

The waitress were friendly and efficient even though they were short staffed. The food was good and served in a timely matter. The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was like being with family.

So nice to walk in on a cold rainy day and sit in front of a nice warm fire. The staff is super friendly and the food is great...

Breakfast food after Church. I had grits,eggs,bacon,toast,coffee and orange juice. Very good and hot. We arrived about 11:00am and it was fairly crowded. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. After the meal, I shopped in the merchandise section and purchased the Michael Jackson Thriller album for $26.99.
I was surprised to see it. Nice affordable gifts available. I will return for other gifts

Great experience, food was delicious, Jasmine M. was our waitress who did phenomenal, had a wonderful personality and took really good care of my wife and I.

I love this place, I love the pancakes, they are just like the ones my Mom used to make. I did some Christmas Shopping while there, they have such nice things.

My waitress was very good, checked to refill drinks and anything we needed. She was sweet and made our experience very good.

Placed Xmas food order to be picked up on 12.23 at 1:00. Prime rib dinner for 4 to 6. And breakfast tacos for 10. Awesome food just hear up and eat.

Love going to Cracker Barrel. Their prices are good, the food always turns out well and the service is typically good. Got the chicken and french toast the last time I was there and it was amazing.

"FANTASTIC" Place to stop at & have breakfast. My Family & I were coming back from DISNEY WORLD & We were HUNGRY. We had NEVER been to any "CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORE". It's not only a Restaurant, but it's ALSO an Amazing GIFT SHOP. We had a really nice Waitress & she was Very Helpful in Our food choices. We ALL had a Very DELICIOUS Breakfast. We also purchased some really nice SOUVENIRS to take back home.

Best Cracker Barrel breakfast and service I have ever had. Server was quick to get meals and fill our drinks. Food was great. The cashier was very friendly and kind to my little girl when we were checking out. I go to a lot of Cracker Barrels during business trips but this was the best I have had.

We ordered the rainbow trout with lemon pepper. I ask that it not be overcooked. It was perfect! Delicious. Wonderful mashed potatoes and gravy and steamed broccoli. Excellent waitress. It was so good, I tipped the chef!

We eat here fairly frequently, and usually have a good experience. Friendly staff, good food. Easy online ordering.

Great food, I've been to other CB's and have been disappointed. I've never been disappointed at this one keep up the good work.

Service was a little slow & the restaurant wasn't busy at 6:30pm. Otherwise everything else was good

Although I hate the pancakes, the tater tots, impossible sausage , and mimosas are so good

Ten minute wait in Juneteenth lunch time. Our waitress was quick with EVERYTHING! She brought it out somewhere and drinks immediately. Took our order, checked on us, and was swift with it all. Kids ate well and enjoyed their time. Food was great, egg sandwich on point. First time I was served a mayo packet with that meal, I like it better that way. Bathroom were kind of clean. Very worn down and stinky. Will definitely come by again.
