Fantastic salesman! Same guy I met last year. Replaced my screen protector quickly and professional! Will return again! Best AT&T store out of all!

Ron the sales rep was so patient and kind. He listened and asked questions to identify my tech needs. I upgrade my phone and upgraded my hubby from an old flip phone. We were there a long while but Ron was very attentive checking in to make the change over so much smoother! Stellar customer service and the reason I have been a loyal ATT customer for 20yrs!! Thank you Ron!!

I’m a long time AT&T customer, and I’ve been to this particular store multiple times and always had a good experience there. I was considering ordering an Apple phone and watch upgrade online via AT&T’s website, but decided to go in to the store to handle it instead after I had a few questions. Ron M. assisted me today, and he was the best AT&T employee I’ve ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me quickly review and select my options, and now I feel confident I’ve made the best decisions on my upgrades with his help. He did a great job explaining all the equipment and plan differences and could answer all my questions well. I appreciated that he offered to help me transfer my old phone and watch over to the new ones when they arrive, too. Great customer service. Thanks, Ron M.! Appreciate your help. Store is amazing I love the environment from the music choice to the reps. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ron who not only assisted me with setup but got me this new iPad! I’m so excited going into the holiday season thank you Ron!

I've had two great experiences getting my phones from this store. Customer service has always been great. Last time, I had to port a Line2 number from their app to my new phone, and Hunter stayed on hold with Line 2 for a long time to make sure the job was done before I left the store!

Five stars!!! It's not often that you find a customer service representative who is both friendly and knowledgeable. Today Davonte blew me away with his customer service, not only did he have suggestions about plans, he explained each offer in detail which allowed me to make the best choice for my agency. I left with a new phone and better equipped to provide service to youth in the Midlands.

My experience in the At&t store on Gervais Strret was very positive. The store was very clean and quite organized, to say the least. Ive been in various At&t stores where items were so disorganized to the point where i just walked out. The owner of this At&t store was very engaging and knowledgeable as well as polite. He knew what he was doing and very on-point when giving advice about a particular product i pointed out to him and answered every single question asked of him. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this store and buy merchandise; no one will be disappointed with the quality of care and service they'll receive here. Kudos to the young man who owns this particular At&t!

The store manager and one of the associates Niraj are great. I came in with an issue concerning my account and potential fraud and they helped me over the course of a few days in the most kind and professional manner. They made the situation much more bearable and got the problem solved. Great associates and a great store.

Went to the location one afternoon to purchase a new phone and received a great customer experience. Blake was the only agent in the store and was managing the place like a champ! There were a couple of people before me, both who had time consuming transactions. Blake was able to make sure that each person was attended to as well as those few that came in to pay bills. The wait was much shorter than I expected and he was extremely helpful in setting up my new phone as well as courteous enough to apologize for my wait. Blake definitely deserves a raise! Will be returning to this location for all my future phone needs. Great customer service!

I always love coming to this store. Neat, clean, calm atmosphere and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially I would like to thank Kimmi today for helping me on an issue with my new phone which I was working on it with different stores for a long time and couldn’t reach a solution. But she solved in a minute. I really appreciate her being in this store for us.

Had a superb experience at the AT&T store on Gervais St with their manager Blake! He was extremely helpful with getting an existing account canceled I tried to make online with little to NO results. I was able to set up a new account and get my installation date pushed up. He moves at the end of August so don’t miss out on a stress free process before he leaves.

I was walking around and happened upon this AT&T store and I tell you what! Exceptional customer service. Im not from that area. But the locals must be lucky to have such great workers at this location. It’s a well organized store too!

I want to preface this review with a universal truth- cell phone providers suck regardless of which you choose.

That being said, I had a great experience with Ginny yesterday evening. I am not very tech literate and she helped me through every step of the way. Her patience and understanding was so refreshing when oftentimes anything to do with cell phone providers can be extremely frustrating.

People like Ginny who work the front lines of customer service (especially during a pandemic, let’s not forget) deserve raises, bonuses, and real recognition. She is a great employee and AT&T is lucky to have her on their team.
