South Carolina State Park Store

My 85yr mother wanted to take her kid's families to visit some of her favorite SC parks. (SC has a great park pass for seniors.) She was having a few problems, almost gave up.

She then gets in contact with Kenneth. This guy was amazing! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, empathetic. He figured out how to make it happen. We can't thank this guy enough.

I ordered and paid for a park pass at the beginning of August so our family could finish the summer & fall with some hiking. The pass still hasn't arrived even though it says it has. I have emailed and called several times but every time the person in charge is not in the office. I have not received a return email or phone call.
I really want to go hiking but feel like after paying for a annual pass it is not fair for me to pay again each time I go.😵😖😠
