Bought a car from Stivers a week ago and I couldn’t be happier. This dealership is very transparent and down to earth. My salesman was Thomas Sanchez. He was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help me throughout this process. I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted, he didn’t try to push me to get anything different. He was very attentive to us, made sure we had water and were comfortable. I would drive back to Columbia just to buy a car from him in the future. Everyone I interacted with during the buying process was amazing. They did everything they could to help me get the monthly payment I wanted. I’ve had bad experiences buying from dealerships in the past, but not here. I would give Stiver 6 stars if I could.

Loved my experience here, treated me like I was a human being and not just a price tag. If you are looking for a smooth car buying experience this is the place. My sales rep Cody was on another level and didn’t try to sell me hard on my ford f-150 knew when to step in and knew when to stop talking. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had my first Genesis G80 service appointment, with exceptional valet pickup service. Working with Ms. Debra made this the best experience imaginable! Her customer service skills are beyond reproach. She made me feel as though I had known her for a lifetime, which made me totally confident that my car was in great hands. What a pleasant experience!! I purchased a Hyundai Palisade. Von Robinson was our sales representative. What a nice, genuine, pleasant sales rep to work with! He was so kind, informative, and patient. He never pushed me. I am not very tech savvy and he stayed late and helped me set everything up from my seat memory to connecting everything to my phone. He told me I could call his cell number with questions anytime and he would walk me through it. Thanks for making a dreaded task a very pleasant experience.

Everyone that we dealt with at Stivers Hyundai went above and beyond to find a solution to my situation the day that we visited. We took my Sonata in to get some work done. It turned out that there was more issues with my car than I thought and it was going to be really expensive to fix and more work than that car was worth. Channon in the service department was great and they worked to try to get me a more affordable price. I decided to look into just trading it in for something else. Joya in sales and Clint in finance worked together to get me into something new and worked hard to get it financed to fit my financial needs. They made me feel like they really cared and didn’t give up to help me drive out of there in my 2022 Kona. I love it so much and I’m so thankful to everyone here. Joya is also a really fun person to deal with. We had a great time cutting up and talking to her. I was very pleased with the service I received and my visit to Stiver’s Hyundai!

I truly enjoyed every person I encountered at this dealership. I will only purchase from this dealership from now on. Best experience ever!!! This really says a lot as I generally buy a new car every year. Von listened to my needs, wants, and didn't play games. Von kept his word and did what he said he would do and found me exactly what I wanted for less than I expected. Clint was quick yet efficient. Seriously the whole dealership is full of very competent, helpful, nice people that is extremely rare these days. After visiting 3 other dealerships, Stivers is way above the others. If you want a personal, friendly experience that's quick and no hassle, no games, Von at Stivers is where you need to go.

It was awesome working with Von on securing a deal for my new Santa Cruz. He's got a great personality and was very upfront with me. This was the best experience I have had with a dealership from start to finish!

We just purchased our Genesis GV70 yesterday. Joe Delmege in sales helped us to narrow down the best fit for us. He was responsive, answered all of our questions and stayed in touch - he was great to work with! The color combination I really wanted wasn’t in stock at first, but he checked and it was in the following week. The whole process was very smooth and low-key. Clint in finance was very helpful too! 😊

My husband and I had a great experience with Michael Bowers as our salesman. Everything was quick and easy, with excellent 10/10 customer service. With all the knowledge Michael shared and test driving the Genesis GV80 we were done less than 25 minutes. We appreciate Michael going above and beyond to make sure we found the right car for our family. We love our new 2024 Genesis!!!

You must visit Genesis of Columbia on Farrow Rd and ask for Joe Delmege. He is Awesome!!!! He takes his time and explains in detail what you’re purchasing and Excellent customer service. This salesman wasn’t just trying to make another sale and he didn’t try to get me and my husband out of the way so he can get to the next customer (he really made us feel special) and that’s why I’m proud to be a Genesis owner for the 2nd time!!!! Oh and did I forget to tell you about the facility…… Man you have to visit this place. It has all the whistles and bells just like the vehicles. Luxury cars and trucks and the facility shows you luxury. It was clean and it feels upscale. I can’t say anymore you just have to see for yourself 😄

This is my first Genesis and the customer service was top tier. My car salesman was Joe Delmege and i first met him when I came to test drive the car I now have. He was never pushy and seemed very patient as I was weighing my options. Needless to say I went with the car(GV80) and super happy. When I came to the dealership to sign he had everything already printed and I was out of there in 2hrs. Great service. Thanks Joe!!!!!!

If this was a 10-Star option, I would choose it. The customer service is exceptional with an honorable mention of Thomas Sanchez. He is the main show of this experience. I can say he definitely wasn’t beating any other companies just himself alone. He is the reason I decided to purchase! Unbeatable PRICES! Clint also was amazing in all he does and very knowledgeable. Definitely felt at home. I wish I could come hang out with the guys lol

I purchased my Lexus RX350 from Stivers and the experience was a great one. Joseph Delmege was my salesman and he was a pleasure to work with! He made buying a vehicle such an easy process and that is rare. I would recommend him and this dealership!

Me and my wife had a great experience with stivers on 9/27/23. We went there and was able get exactly what we wanted. Marcus Britt went through everything with us and was extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was not trying to force the sale like a lot of places do, he gave us the info we asked for, and was patient with us as we made our decision. Zena Shurafa was a great help finalizing everything and walking us through signing the paperwork, and show us all then extended warranty coverages and breaking them down so we understood what everything covered, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to stivers if we have need for another vehical. I will highly recommend Marcus Britt and Zena Shurafa to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle, they were great to work with.

From the start of the online process to the very end after driving over an hour to get there, my Concierge Specialist, Joseph Delmege, made sure that everything was taken care of and all questions were answered. Everyone else that I came in contact at the dealership were also so very professional and hospitable.

I had the best experience getting my car repaired even though I was tried Julio was more than great. He made sure that he keep on top of how the repair was going and keep in up to date. I appreciate Julio asking me if I wanted to go home that he could get me a ride of if I wanted to get something to eat he could make that happen as well. Julio keep me well informed the entire 5 hours that I was there Thanks Julio

I had an exceptional experience with James Graham and Clint in finance. James was friendly, knowledgeable on the cars, and did not push us to buy. Clint made finance simple and easy. Both were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Stivers to anyone looking for a great buying experience.

Recently purchased a new 2024 Palisade on 2/19/2024. My sale person was AJ Jones and he was fantastic. Prior to coming to this dealership my wife and I went to JTs auto group and had and absolute horrible experience with the sales manager. AJ was extremely helpful and never pressured us into anything. He gave us space when we needed it and was also there when we needed him or to ask questions. I told him what we wanted to be at number wise and he and the sales manager team worked extremely hard to get us there. The dealership was clean, and everyone else was very nice and professional. If I ever decided to get a new car in the future or if my friends or family was in the market for a new car, I would have no hesitation to recommend them to AJ and the dealership.
